Hallucinations.

It is a disturbance from perceptions.

These may be things like seeing certain things, or hearing noises and/or voices.  They may be benevolent or malicious to the person who has them.

Auditory hallucinations can be divided into two categories: elementary and complex.

-Elementary hallucinations are the perception of sounds such as hissing, whistling, an extended tone, and more.

-Complex hallucinations are those of voices, music, or other sounds that may or may not be clear, may be familiar or completely unfamiliar, and friendly or aggressive, among other possibilities.

Visual hallucination is the 'seeing of things that are not there', which can also include 'seeing things that are there, incorrectly' also know as, illusions. Most users describe it by the "Third Eye", by which they can see things others cannot.

Hallucinations of hearing voices and seeing things that do not exist are particularly associated with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia.
