Chap 1: Another day of the vampire life

I open my eyes, another usual, boring day, or night because us vampires don't wake up in the morning like mortals. Just then, my close servant Suave walks in
"Good morning my Lord"- he greeted. I nod back at him. Suave helps me put on my clothes and makes my bed. After that, he bows to me and walks out of the room to wakes up my son Jasper, I gaze out of the window and sigh, sometimes I really wish I could have fall asleep and forever never wake up instead of having to go through the same day after another, but too bad, I can't. I walk down the hallway and to the dining room to be greeted again by the other butlers and maids. I sit down in my usual chair as one of the maid serves the food on the table, I nod saying thank you at them, that's when the dining room's door opens again, Suave comes in with Jasper who is still yawning
"Why can't I sleep a little bit more....?"- he whining as he walks toward the table and takes a seat opposite me
"Stop whining, Jasper and sit up straight! That's not how a proper gentleman should act!"- I said to him, he gives me another weak whine, I shot a glare at him
"Yes father..."- he responded and does as I said so. We finished eating no longer after, both me and Jasper were informed that we're free today, Jasper jumps around in happiness. I clear my throat signaling him, he quickly figured out and stops what he doing. As for me, I decided to take a walk in the forest, I've always admired of how beautiful and quite it is. I take a deep breath and breath out, enjoying its fresh air. I keep on walking, walking and walking until....
