Chapter 2: Housemates and Boys

I woke up the next day very early ,it was 6:00 am. Why? It's not like I'm going to another city , the place I'm going to is actually 2 hours away from here, it's not that far! I think it's just because I was really nervous. Why if I couldn't change anything in my life? Why if things get worse!? I should probably stop worrying myself with all these ideas, I have to be positive ,yeah!!

I went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth then I got out to change into a white top , my black jeans and I wore my converse , then I grabbed my jeans jacket and my back pack where I put the most precious things that I didn't want to put with all my other stuffs, just like my diary book and the last picture I had taken with my mom...then I went to wake up Amélie.

"Wake up, girl!! I think it's time, i have to go and we barely have an hour together , the last hour!"
"Yeah, I know, but we shouldn't be sad! Like I said before, we're like neighbours , your house isn't far , I'll come often to see you and we can hang out together" she said after rubbing her sleepy eyes and getting up to make the breakfast.
"Yeah, it's gonna be a big adventure for me" I smiled.
"Here, some milk " she carried a cup of milk and sat next to me.
"Thanks, well, my taxi will be here any minute, I gotta go"
"Wait!! I'm coming with you"
"Thanks! But that will just make things harder!! I hate goodbyes!!"
"You're right , me too and you know that"she hugged me again , she held me tight and was trying to not cry.
"I love you girl!" A tear escaped from my eye.
" love ya too Auds!"

I ran out from the room trying not to look back and I couldn't hold the tears anymore, so I went up crying while I was getting into the taxi cab with my bag, and I guess this was the beginning of my journey.

Ross POV
So yesterday someone finally accepted to pay in change of coming to have the room in our house , and I'm actually very excited to meet someone in Paris, we've been here for a vocation for 3 months now and we couldn't go back because we're having some problems with our passports and stuffs like these, I don't really wanna understand ... But the point is, I'm so bored and there's basically nothing fun to do here, I hope things will get better if I meet someone new.

"So Ross , I guess the person who paid for the room will be here any minute, I want you guys to behave" Rydel was serious about that.
"What do you mean?" Rocky sounded annoyed
"Well, maybe it's a girl so you clearly know what I mean , you will try to flirt with her and do other stupid things you guys do, and some of us girls hate"
"She doesn't seem to hate that when it was ell who do it" Rocky whispered to me and laughed.
"That's called swag, girls love that especially if it comes from a hot guy like me" Riker said with confidence.
"That's funny but so true, even though I don't wanna fall in love now, I just wanna have fun and make new friends, I don't think I'll have a serious girlfriend any soon, especially after what happened between me and that girl who I don't want to remember her name or hear it in my whole life, I just wanna move on and live my life as 17 years teenager , that's it"
"Don't worry bro, you got this! I dumbed many girls just because they were with me to have you at the end and you know that" Riker said kinda feeling sad.
"It's OK , I just want things to get better not worse. After all that's the reason we're trading our room right"
"Just be yourselves and everything will be okay " Rydel said like if she was our mother.
"Whatever" Rocky went upstairs to his room.

Audrey's POV
So I was now in front of a beautiful house, it was a pretty place, I really have to admit , I already feel better, everything is colorful, so beautiful!!
I knocked the door , and I was pretty much nervous, I was about to meet new people after being apart from this world for 2 years.
A tall blond guy opened and he has a big smile on his face .
" you must be the girl who will have our room right?"
"Actually yeah ...I saw it on the website... and I really like it" I was so nervous, I couldn't help it! I never talked to...a guy!
"Come in you will meet the rest of the family, by the way I'm Riker" he said nicely while holding my bag.
" Thanks for the help, it's really nice to meet you... I'm Audrey..."I said while I was stating at the gigantic walls , it's been so long since I saw a normal house, my mom died so I had to move with my sister and my father to a hotel and that's where I met Amélie, then my dad and my sister left me with Amélie to live in California because of his career and he couldn't take both of us for some unknown reason...I better forget all of that before I die of depression.
"Hey are you OK?" A girly voice woke me up from my thoughts.
"Ohh yeah sorry, I was just thinking" I was still so nervous. Actually, I was always a shy girl and I never had to speak to other people than Amélie, I guess I miss her too mush already. I have to forget.
"I'm Rydel , come with me to the living room while Riker will carry your bag upstairs to your room "
"Okay"
We headed to the living room where there was 2 other boys, a blond one and another brunette.
"Hey boys, the new member of the family is here, her name is Audrey and she's 15"
"Hi I'm rocky and I'm 18 , it's very nice to meet you, welcome to our home , I feel honored to have such a person in my house..." the brunette one sounded so funny.
"Stop! Don't you see she's already nervous enough?" Rydel said.
"It's ok...i guess you're the only girl here?"
"Yeah you're right! Those 2 are my youngest brother and the one upstairs is the oldest one and we also have Ryland but he's in the US with our parents."
"Wow! You have a big family i see...uhm uh..." Why am I stuttering a lot?
"Ohh sorry you're probably tired you can go upstairs to see your new room I'll come with you , you can take a shower or something and change into something more comfy then we can know each other more, by the way I'm so happy you're a girl we're gonna have so much fun" she said while holding me tight and her arms , I kinda like her already,she was so friendly and sweet.
"OK I'll just go and arrange my stuffs"
"Wait you didn't meet Ross yet! He was so exited to meet you." She said while pointing to the blond boy on the couch.
"Oh I'm sorry! I guess I'm just tired "
"I'm Ross , and I'm 17 . I hope we can be friends, I seriously don't know anyone in this big city"he said while shaking my hand.
"...uhm yeah sure we can be friends , I can be friend with you all right? And by the way you're not the only one, I know it's my hometown but I know no one beside my friend Amélie who I've been living with in a hotel before coming here"
