I joined FairyTail a few years ago. I enjoy it here. My best friend is Gray. I use water magic, and, I can also heal. Kinda like sky magic. Or whatever that shit is called. If you think that Gray is my boyfriend, then you're wrong. I consider him as a brother. Sorry I brought that up so fast. Everyone thinks I'm in love with Gray.

I sat in the new FairyTail hall and Gray noticed me and came over to I don't know, chat?

"Hey, (Y/n). You okay? You're sitting here alone." He sat by me, "it looks like your sad. Are you?"

I chuckled, "I'm fine, Gray. I just don't feel like getting in with the others."

"You sure about that?" I look behind me, seeing (C/n).

"(C/n)! Hi." I stand up and he grabs my waist. "So how was the mission?"

"Not too bad. I also," he stuck his hand in his pocket, still holding me; "got the 900,000 jewel." He said, proudly.

"Great job, (C/n)! I bet you were amazing back there." My phone rang, "(C/n), I have to go home. Laterz!"

~the next day~

I walked over to (C/n), wanting to ask him a question.

"(C/n), can I team up with you? It's been a few years and I want to be on the same team. I hope you don't mind." I asked, shyly.

"Sure! I'm about to go on an S-Class quest with Erza and her team, I guess you can tag along!" He wrapped an arm around me and smiled. But, the smile faded, turning into a smirk "if you keep one promise forever:" he leaned and whispered in my ear; "don't die."

Once we got there, it looked like a demon destroyed a city. I looked in its eyes and saw something, no someone - Zeref. When I was younger, I became friends with him. But, I left him, leaving him angry, and lonely. He never liked it. I did it for a reason. I sensed a strong darkness within him. He kept that secret away from me. Before I left, he told me about his magic. He wanted a friend, but is afraid he might kill them. Like his other friends in the past. So I left, searching for something to rid it from him. It never worked. Causing me to forget about him, my old friend...

The monster saw me and headed right for me. Zeref must be controlling it. He doesn't mean to. He just can't control his curse. Or, did he do it for revenge?

"Water Nebula!" I hit him then jumped away.

I looked at (C/n) and Natsu and they went back to back. "Magic Fusion! Flaming Hurricane!" (C/n) and Natsu make up a good team. (C/n) specializes wind magic. I think it's pretty.

~Later~

"Ice-Make: Lance!" Gray attacked the monster but it got deflected back at him. He grunted and fell over. I ran over to him, checking if he's okay. I think the monster deflected it with 2x more power. And, I know Gray is really powerful.

"Gray!" I ran to him worryingly. "Gray! Are you conscious? Can you hear me?" I shook his shoulders. He didn't wake up. I put my hand on his chest and a white glow began to engulf him. After some time, I healed him. "Don't worry, Gray. I'll protect you and the others. No matter what." I buried my face in his chest.

I felt a hand on my head, "thanks, (Y/n). I'm glad to have you with us." I felt pain, too much of my magic energy was used. Damn. I rested my head on Gray's chest, as both our eyes closed.
