Prologue

So, our story starts when mama takes me and onii-Chan to Tu'la for an ingredient she was gonna use for a cake. We docked at a village and a guard around me and Dmitri-nii's age captures us and takes us to two meif'wa, who I assumed were the leaders of the village. They said that no one was allowed in this village unless they were meif'wa,  so they threw me, mama, and onii-Chan into a dungeon cell because they think me and mama tried to sneak nii-Chan into their village.

While they were taking us away, I caught a glimpse of someone in a dark Grey hoodie. They even had a cloth over their eyes. It reminded me of mister. They didn't let get a better look as they threw the 3 of us into a cell and locked it. "You can't do this!"  mama yelled. They didn't respond as they walked out of the dungeon. I looked into the cell next to ours. A man with dark blue hair and light brown eyes was restrained. I quickly looked away. To say I was scared was an understatement.

The person I saw before they brought us here came up to our cell. "What do you want?!" mama sshoued at them. "Shh..." they whispered, allowing me to confirm that they were a girl. "I wanted to know if you wanted to send a letter to anyone back at your village. A family member or a friend." before mama could say anything, I said "send a letter to lady Katelyn in brightport." mama and Dmitri looked at me confused.  "Lady Katelyn can tell lady Aphmau. " I said. "But Aphmau is really busy."

"Wait, did you guys say Aphmau? As in Lady Irene?" the hooded person asked. We all nodded. " That's great. If lady Aphmau comes here, you three are as good as free."

"Do you really think so?" mama asked. "Im positive. Just hang in there." the masked person left. "So all we have to do is wait?" asked nii-kun.  "Yup. If Lady Aphmau doesn't come, maybe lady Katelyn will." "we can only wait and see..." mama said.
