Chapter 1

As I awoke from my sleep , my  to best friend, Kristen called me.
"Girl wake up, i need your ass to give me answers for ms.smiths homework, you know I'm always busy and don't have time to do homework and shit, hurry up get to class earlier then usual so i can copy boo", at this time, Asia was tired and exhausted. "Um.. alright  Kristen, give me 30 minutes " i said then hung up. shes my best friend and all but sometimes shes rude and annoying, but i wouldn't dare say that to her face .. i wasn't scared of her or anything.. i just didn't want any commotion.

ASIA
I quickly entered the shower silently before my god mother, cara would awake. even tho god parents are supposed to care and guide there god child, she wasn't like that at all. she wasn't the worst, but she wasn't good either . i took about a good 15 minute shower because i was in a rush, then did my hygiene and sprayed water in my 4a hair and had put it in a afro puff, along with curling my edges.  I had put on the same old saggy pants that i had for months and a red big t- shirt , with busted black converses. you may ask why, well its simple. my mother had died in a plane crash when i was 1 , 15 years ago, and my dad was in jail since i was a little kid. so i used to get a check from the government, 756 dollars every month ,my god mother takes it and spends it on her, her man, and my cousin tia. Tia was a good cousin tho. she'd make sure i eat good when her mom gives her a portion of the money, and will try to buy clothes for me . my grandmother , Sarah lives in Georgia, while i live in Florida with this so called family. i was living with Sarah until a couple of months ago, shes in the hospital recovering after a bad car accident. i love my grandmother and i call her everyday to see her progress.

As i grabbed my bag and headed downstairs, i seen cara with her man cooking breakfast while tia was sitting eating.
"hey cuz " tia said giving me a hug. "hey" i said while giving cara a fake smile.
"child do you not see me here? and my man? you live in our house and don't even greet us??!" cara said while finishing sharing out 4 plates of grits, eggs, and sausages evenly.
"i was going to say good morning .. god mommy and mr. Tee" i said while sitting down, digging in this breakfast.
"mhm " mr. Tee said while reading the news papers. it was 6:45 and i had to walk to school before 7:15 so i hurried up and exited the house. "bye everyone.." i said while tia followed me.

"girl i don't know why the hell you wear these clothes best friend, you make me look bad" Kristen scoffed. she had hurt my feelings, i didn't tell her what i was going through so she would of known.
" Kristen.. i wear what i have" i said silently.
"girl wtf ever" she said as her boyfriend drew came up to her. "there go my man" she said while smiling , showing her ass i her short ass booty shorts.
"sup baby" drew said while they started tongue kissing. his friend, Talon, was by him looking at me up and down licking his lips. Talon was mixed, he was African American and cuban,  he had a nice light brown caramel skin tone, fade with some twists, little tattoos on his arms and chest, was about 6'1 with green eyes. "girl ima catch up with you in a lil" Kristen said as her and drew snuck in the back of the school doing lord knows what.
"so you gonna act like you don't see a brotha try in  check you out?" Talon said to me looking in my deep brown eyes. " i don't know you like that..." i said while trying to walk off.

TALON
she acting green as fuck, trying  be hard to get. shit she cute as fuck but a nigga trying to fuck and duck. i'm gonna get her soon. i get everyone. as soon as asia started walking off my hoe came.
"hey talon baby, you tryna fuck before class?" my hoe cristy asked. she was a big booty and big titty bitch. we went to the private bathroom by the basketball court outside.

ASIA
" Asia i'm back wait up!" kristen said while running up to me.
"oh alright" i said while we were walking the same pace. she had some white stuff on the corner of her mouth. i told her then she instantly wiped it off in embarrassment .

It was lunch time and Kristen ordered us some pizza. we sat while waiting.
"girl we bestfriends and all but these same clothes really urking me. so ima take you shopping on me this Saturday " she said while looking on her phone
"really? i mean Kristen you don't have to  if you don't really want to.." i said with my head down.
"girl its okay, remember my moms a pediatrician and my daddy a lawyer sending allot of child support " she said looking at her just manicured grey coffin style nails. i stared at her then we both started laughing. the pizza came and we ate. thank god it's Saturday.

School had just ended then my cousin tia came by my class to get me so we could walk home, with her and her boyfriend lamar. When i walked out the class with Kristen, Tia gave her a stank look. "Ugh asia, why you with this stank hoe?!" tia said while kristens boyfriend drew came with a puzzled look grabbing on her waste.
" who this bitch think she talking to bae?" drew said while giving tias boyfriend, lamar a look. " i dont know she probably just mad cause my friend smashed her man" kristen said.
"wait what?!.. whats going on tia?..kristen?" i said in confusion with all this commotion .
"o no bitch, you must want your ass beat, bitch you were my so called friend that you tried to hook up yo hoe ass friend with lamar and you know he dates me!" tia said stepping up to kristen like they were gonna fade. " aye aye chill bruh, control yo bitch" drew said to lamar, which now upsetted lamar even more. " dont call my girl a bitch, ill knock yo ass out homeboy, you and yo niggas ain got shit on us dinero gang" lamar said looking like he was bout to run up. before anything else could happen security came and broke up the misconception.
"man what tf ever" tia told the security. "cmon asia lets go" she said with an attitude. "bye kristen see you tomorrow.." i said in a low tone."  I
love my cousin but kristen is my bestfriend and i dont wanna take sides, i hope they just make up with something that happened months
ago. i said in my mind as we began walking on the main road back home.

this is my first serious book and i plan on continuing i hope yall enjoy :)
