Ritsu Sakuma ♡ Reader

Before we start-

I would like to dedicate this to my best best bestdfhjkebwdsa best friend Tracy! Aka the biggest Ritsu stan oof ;)

Another thing, I haven't written anything like this in almost two years (( so my apologies if this is horrible;; ))

Okay let's get started!! I'm sure all you Ritsu lovers are eager to read

     Ritsu was sleepily darting his eyes around while the other members of Knights watched intently with concerned expressions. A dissatisfied sigh was let out from Ritsu, although it sounded much like a yawn. "Oi, are you looking for something Kuma-kun?" (NOTE: it's said izumi calls ritsu 'kuma-kun'... what a cute nickname)  Izumi said impatiently while crossing his arms; clearly implying he was bothered by the sudden hold-up. "Ah... One of my buttons fell off." Ritsu then motioned to the spot on his blazer on which the button was formerly was placed. Leo then started to chuckle on how Ritsu was caught up over a single button. But, his chuckling came to an end when Tsukasa nudged him with that shut up face.

     On the other side of the street was (y/n), who was wondering what all the fuss was about. Frankly, the boys were making quite a scene. Now (y/n) was not usually one to confront people, but it was hard not to when they were blocking the sidewalk. (Y/n) crossed the street and nervously approached the group of boys huddling around. (Y/n) hesitated to speak but brought herself to it. "E-Excuse me... What's going on here? I'm very sorry for seeming nosy but it's just... You're blocking the sidewalk path for other people." Oh great, your nervousness caused you to stutter. What a dumbass. (Y/n) thought to herself. Ritsu then turned around to find the source of the new voice entering the conversation. (Y/n) felt her face start to burn up; because oh damn, a bunch of pretty boys were looking at her. Of course, the outgoing Arashi was the one to break the silence. "Gomen gomen! We didn't intend to trouble others... Ah, well I have to be walking home now anyways." Arashi flashed a smile at (y/n) before turning to Ritsu. "Good luck finding your button Ritsu! See you tomorrow~" Arashi gently ruffled his troubled friend's black hair and then proceeded to walk away. The other members took this as a cue to leave and one after another said their goodbyes before walking home. Naturally, the boys took their chance to leave as they were exhausted due to school (as every other student would be) and were also eager to relax at their homes. This left just the troubled Ritsu and (y/n) together.

     "Looks like I shooed your friends away." (Y/n) giggled while darting her gaze slightly to the side. She was avoiding awkward eye contact. "What's the issue anyways?" She was waiting for his answer. He didn't want to tell her since he realized how stupid the problem was. But, he found it better to just be honest. "I lost one of my buttons..." His voice trailed off nervously and proceeded to show her the messy stitch on his blazer which was left behind from the missing button. "Wait... Actually, I've seen that!" (Y/n) exclaimed while happily smiling at him. "...Is that so?" He replied. "Mhm! Just over there across the street" "You must be looking at the floor a lot then... Do you not like eye contact?" (Y/n) was taken aback by the accuracy of his observation. "...Just follow me, I'll show you where it fell." (Y/n) started to lead him but Ritsu began to wonder if he said something wrong. Once they got there, Ritsu then smiled as his eyes met the button resting on the sidewalk. He picked it up and met eyes with (y/n) then softly smiled at her before thanking her. "We didn't formally meet yet, I'm Ritsu Sakuma." "Oh... That's right! I'm (y/n) it's nice to meet you, Ritsu-kun." At last, (y/n) brought herself to maintain eye contact. It wasn't that bad now, and she admired his eyes quite a bit. "Do you like sweets?" (Y/n) asked while slightly tilting her head to the side out of curiosity. Ritsu found that motion adorable, which lead to a light shade of pink appear across his cheeks. "It's the only thing that can keep me awake." Ritsu cutely yawned. "You mind following me some more for a little?" (Y/n) asked and Ritsu shook his head. She gently grabbed his wrist and started walking to her favorite bakery.

    (Y/n) had Ritsu wait at a table for a little until she came back with a platter of delicious sweets. "It's on me, okay?" She sat across from him. This was a perfect opportunity for Ritsu, he wanted to try something he always wanted to do. He took a pocky and bit onto one end. "(Y/n)-chaan~!" Ritsu hummed out her name while waving the pocky around a bit. (Y/n) stared at the pocky end dumbfoundedly, but gave in once she saw how eager he looked.

     Before (y/n) could snap back, Ritsu's lips were already on hers. Ritsu went stiff for a second, he didn't intend for this to happen. But now that it was, he figured it'd be best to enjoy it. Ritsu gently pushed the platter of plates to the side and cupped (y/n)'s cheeks while pulling her closer. (Y/n) was shocked, but she actually didn't mind. The two melted into the kiss while gently smiling. Ritsu pulled back and then rested his head in his arms. He fell asleep. Boy, he was out in one second, that's quite impressive. "Are you kidding me... You're just gonna nap after having a first kiss!" (Y/n) muttered out but then reached forward to stroke his hair. "Oyasumi Ritsu-kun." (Y/n) then placed a sweet kiss on his forehead.

     Let's just pretend that kiss never happened. And when he wakes up, I'm gonna kill him for sleeping after something like that.
