Skylar's POV

Tae's uncle let him roam around with me. He was wearing a white button up with some black slacks, but I felt like he needed something else. I couldn't ask Jacklyn because she wouldn't help me after I just offended her, so I went to Heaven, my half sister.

"Do you know if your mom would have some kind of suit and tie that we could borrow?" I asked her

"Maybe in her office closet. She has a bunch of clothes in there," Heaven said to me

She led us to her mom's office and we met Eunjae, Jacklyn's secretary.

"Anneyonhaseyo, Miss Eunjae," I said, "This is Kim Taehyung," I introduced him

"Nice to meet you! I'm Lee Eunjae," she said, "But please don't call me Miss, I'm roughly only 3 years older than you."

"Do you happen to have any suits and ties for him," I asked

"Oh yes! Follow me over here," she answered

We followed her and she found Taehyung a black suit that matched his slacks and a tie that matched the color of my dress.

"Thank you so much," Taehyung said as he bowed

"Oh its no problem, now you two go have fun," Eunjae replied

Then we walked back to the main room where everything was going on.

"Let me hold your hand," Tae said and I blushed

Our fingers linked together. I wanted to stay like this as much as possible but my palms were getting sweaty because I was so nervous. It was as if my hormomes were going up and down ever .0000001 seconds

"Hello, Park Skylar," A guy said

I turned around and Kang Heejoon was there. I tightened my grip on Taehyung's hand. I knew this guy wasn't gonna do something good.

I turned to look at Taehyung. He suddenly started leaning towards me and then he cupped my cheek. I closed my eyes automatically.

"Now careful," Heejoon said, "Don't want to be loosing anyone."

This made me stop. Loosing anyone? Could he be "Unknown"?

"She won't be loosing anyone," Tae said, "Because I will be protecting her."

No one has ever said this to me. I was blushing at his comment. Why was he being so nice to me? I started to feel a whole zoo inside my stomach. She looked back at me again and cupped my cheeks. He was getting closer. It was getting really nervous not knowing what to do. I was paralyzed, so I just close my eyes and waited for it to happen. Kang Heejoon was still there in front of us. It seemed like Taehyung was doing it on purpose.

Then it came. His lips were touching mine. I froze. It was as if an electric current ran all over my body. My hand moved from his chest to the back of his neck and his moved from my cheek to my waist, and then he pulled closer. Eventually, our need for oxygen didn't allow us to continue anymore and we had to stop the kiss.

After that, I couldn't see him in the eyes for almost the rest of the night. Then there was a dance, which I had to stay to. He and I danced all night, but for most of the time, I was staring at the floor.

"Why don't you look at me?" he asked

"It's nothing," I said

He stared at me as we danced to a slow song.
