It happened again. It's different every time but they all seem connected.
I'm sitting in a room; it's too dark to tell where I am. The walls look to be a green or a blue and the floor is a checkered pattern and I'm sitting on a symbol. The symbol doesn't look like anything I've ever seen in any movies. I've tried researching the symbol everyday. It has a gold outline of a diamond with a silver circle inside the diamond. I never get to see what's inside the circle. I'm always interrupted by a woman who looks to be 5'9". She has a blonde shade of hair and chocolate brown eyes. Her dress was a floor length red and had a beaded belt that came together in the middle by her belly button and ended with the diamond symbol like on the floor, but I still can't see the center, though I know whatever's in the center, it's white.
"Ali?" the woman asked. As if she wasn't sure. Who the hell was Ali? That was not my name. "What are you doing here? Who did this to you?"
Who did what to me? I look down and see a rope at my feet and my hands around my back. What is going on?
She started walking over to me slowly at first then quicker, as if she became more sure of herself. That I wasn't a figment of her imagination.
"How did this happen?" the women asked as she untied me and pulled the duct tape off my mouth. Somehow my brain mached her face with her name even though I had never seen her; Brenna.
Words were spilling out of my mouth without thinking. I wasn't even sure what I was saying until it came out of my mouth, "Dave, he found me sneaking in and knocked me out then pulled me to this room. I can't see anything."
"Hold on." Brenna responded and got up. She walked over to the other side of the room and stood against the door, listening to the people in the next room. "I can't turn on the light they're too close. I have to go back out. They'll start to get suspicious. I don't think I was supposed to see you. And I think you were supposed to be sleeping." She grabed a mug and filled it with the coffee on the table. "Stay."
Brenna walked out the door and I heard more talking.
"We can't depend on Molly to get Project Green underway. She's got too many family member in league with the Lillies. She woun't be able to kill if needed." a deep voice of a man argued. A person in which my mind attached the name that I said earlier, Dave.
"But Molly has the ability we need to get through the small spaces to get to the main control center. We can help her destroy Hannah, Keven, and Luke." A higher pitched woman answered; this name didn't come to my mind.
"If you don't mind my saying but what about Jenna? She is small and can shoot a gun." The familiar voice of Brenna asked.
"Honey, we knew she was playing both sides and killed her last Tuesday. Didn't you hear?" Dave responded.
"No I didn't." Her tone sounded thoughtful.
The voices started to become lower and I walked carefully over to the white door to the other room. "We start tonight. By tomorrow morning we will have won!" The higher pitched woman chanted. Brenna, Dave, the woman, and what sounded like 3 other people cheered.
My brain relised what this was. It was a meeting, a meeting for a plan to murder, cause destruction, and it was for tomorrow.
Before I could hear any more of the plan the light in the room turned on and I turned around. Standing against another door frame across the room stood a man around age 20. He had beach blond hair and was wearing a dress shirt and jeans. "Well, well, well. What have we here?" he asked.
I looked around the room the walls were blue and the floor checkered. My vision was blured by the light and was now returning to me. Before I could look at the symbol on the floor the man was half way to me I could finally see his face clearly. My mind went scared. A name came out of my mouth.
"Jonah," my voice sounded scared.
"Ali," He said, repeating in the same tone. Ok this was getting on my nerves. Who the hell is Ali? As far I can remember my name's Julie.
I looked around to see if there was anything to use as a weapon. It looked like I was in a kitchen. There was a knife on the counter. My body grabed the knife and held it in front of my body as if I could ever kill someone. My body threw the knife at Jonah. What did I just do? Correction: What had this body just done? I could have never thrown a knife at someone and... hit him in the gut.
Jonah was now screaming and sprawling and the floor. The blood stained floor. There was a commotion in the other room and it was getting closer to me. Not thinking I ran through the door across the room. No one was there but which way to go?
I randomly chose left. There was a short hall and then a door. Quickly I ran to the door and threw it open. Stepped into the dark room and then shut the door. I waited a few seconds until I felt it was safe. Then walked around the room to look for a way out. Looking up I found a window. I tried to open it but it wouldn't budge. Hopefully this was a way out because it was going to make alot of noise.
I picked up the lamp on the desk and threw it against the window. The window shattered but not enough I threw the lamp against the window once more and this made a bigger hole in the glass. Big enough for my body to fit through. I could hear the running of the other people and quickly slid through the window. I could feel the shards of glass dig into my skin and cut. Finally my body was through and the other guests were opening the door. I got up and started to run; I knew that I was on the road when my feet felt like they were on solid ground. There was light beside me and I knew it was headlights.
They were coming in fast and I turned my head away covering it. As I waited for the bang.
I sit up in my bed and wince. Sweat was soaking me from head to toe and I remembered it was just a dream but it felt more like a memories. I look at my sides and relised I had scars on the side of my body. Right where the glass sunk in.
