Not Ever Changing (A jeff the killer fanfic)

Chapter 5

I went back to sleep after I woke up having that awful nightmare about Jane Arkensaw or Jane the killer to be more precise. She was probably searching for Jeff right now. The thoughts of her talking to me in the dream kept appearing in my mind and they brough chills down my spine.

Why would she want to eliminate him anyway? There had to be a reason why and I had to figure it out what it was but I normally don't get into people's business but this seemed sort of important for me to know.

I woke up the next morning. I looked at the clock and it said 8:10 am. I turned over to LIu and saw that he was fast asleep. 

He wouldn't mind if I got up and left the house for a while. I thought.

I tried to be as silent as I possibly could and grabbed my clothes I was wearing before and walked out of the room and closed the door behind me. At least the door to his room made no noise other than my closet door in my room which sounded like someone screaming or even worse.

I headed to the bathroom and quickly got changed. I had no time to put the clothes that Liu let me borrow so I threw them on the couch in the living room and left the house. I had no time to lock the door and I knew that Liu would find out that I have run away and then get Jeff to come after me.

I picked up my speed and ran as fast as I could down the streets trying to go back home. I breathed heavily and panted alot as I ran. It made me dizzy so I stopped as I placed my hands on my knees and slowly regained my breath.

Suddenly, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I reached in and took it out. I looked at the caller ID and saw that it said:

'MOM'

Uh oh. I'm in soooooooooooooo much trouble. I thought. 

I had completely forgot that I was not in the hospital anymore because Jeff had took me with him in order to escape with him because Zalgo and the tall scary looking figure came over last night. He saved me and I guess that my mom and Vander had come over last night to check up on me and they realized that I wasn't there.

I slid the answer call thing on my phone and brought it up close to my ear.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Taylor Sapphire Carson!!" My mom yelled in anger and worry. "Where are you?!"

"What do you mean?" I asked trying to sound confused and everything like I had suffered amnesia or something similar to it.

"Do not play jokes with me Taylor! Tell me where you are and why you are not at the hospital?!"

"Uh.....Uh....

I could not figure out an answer. I had to come up with a lie in order for her to believe me. I couldn't tell her that I escaped from the hospital window with Jeff last night or else she would ground me for life and I wouldn't be able to go out anywhere besides school for the rest of my life.

"Are you going to tell me?"

"Well I figured out that I was healed enough already so yeah."

"How are you healed already since the incident happened yesterday at your school?"

"Uh.....I don't know."

"You come to the hospital right now young lady."

"No! I can't go back there!"

"Why not?"

Because an evil guy with red wings and a tall creepy figure are going to attack me if I stay there and there is no way that is going to happen. I thought. I wouldn't tell her that.
