Chapter 4: The Date

Marie's Pov

What should I wear I kept asking myself. Why am i even going? All sorts of questions popped into my head. Ahhhhhhh! After i got dressed i threw sweats over so my mom would get suspicious. I was wearing a purple dress with a long sleeve cardigan. I didn't want my scars to show so i covered them with the sleeves.  

i sat and waited on my couch for like five minutes, then i herd a knock on the door. i stould up and opened it. And to my surpize Noah was standing there in a Tux. i said by to my mom then walked out. We walked ot his house, which was just across the street. When we walked in i took off my sweats and revealed my dress. He stood there in awe. 

Then his mother walked in and said close your mouth before you catch flies. He did as he was told and turned around.With in minutes we were out the door and on the road to lubbock. It was complete silence all the way there. When we got into lubbock his mom dropped us off at Fazolies. 

When we entered he said you look very beautiful. I then replied thank you.

Noah's Pov

She looked very amazing if only she knew me for me. I am a worth less sack of shit and dont deserve her. We got our food then sat down. Before she could say anything i said "I wrote u something can listen plz?" She nodded and then listened. 

I wasn't meant for you but you were meant for me 

You are one of a kind and i am plain out ordinary

People say im no good but you always get the best out of me.

After i said that i saw a small water droplet fall from her eyes. 

Marie's Pov

That was the most beautiful thing anyone has ever read wrote for me. I was at a loss for words. After he read that the was silence, not theh awkward silence but a peaceful relaxed one.
