The Line That lies Between Us (A Rydellington Fanfic)

Rocky's P.O.V

"I'll take a vanilla strawberry cheesecake ice cream" Riker asked kindly to the girl behind the counter.

"Sure" She smiled and left.

I looked over at Rydel and Ratliff and i saw him telling her something in her ear that made her blush and giggle.

I bet he's telling her something dirty.

"Rocky! Rocky!" I turned around and saw Ryland beating up some kid!

What the heck is he doing!?!?

"Rocky! Don't just stand there!? Help!!" Yelled Rydel scared getting up from Ellington who was ready to get Ryland off of the boy on the ground.

I mean...she hasn't seen a real fight before so...yea she's freaked out.

"Ryland!" I yelled running towards him. I saw Ellington and Ross running over to me as well.

"No! Stop!" Ellington yelled getting the boy off the ground who was still bleeding.

Ryland got off of my grip and punched Ellington in the face.

Ellington fell on the floor and the boy ran away.

Rydel ran to him and yelled at Ryland who was terrified. "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!?!"

"I-I'm sorry" Ryland stuttered freaking out. "I-i didn't know-"

"Get away" Rydel yelled as Ryland tried to get close to her and Ell..

"Ry-" Ell began but was cut off.

"LEAVE!" She yelled to Ryland.

Ryland was crying by now.....He looked at me then at Ross and lastly at Ell.....

"I'm sorry" He said before running away.

"RYLAND!" I yelled, but it was no use he ran far away.

Now how am I going to tell Riker.....

Riker's P.O.V

"Hehe.....you should totally take me there" The girl behind the counter said giggling.

I laughed. "I will....Here's my number"

Her smiled faded. "Were you serious??"

I was slowly getting upset. Was she really not that into me?

"Yes....." I said slowly.

Her smile grew wide. I let out a relief.

"I'll pick you up at 7" I said and left.

I heard her giggle. Girls......

I walked around at the corner to tell the guys I got a date with a girl today,when I notice Rydel slowly crying, holding Ell and Ross well... he looked sad.

I didn't see Ryland tho.....

I turned to Rocky. "Where's Ryland??"

Everyone glared at me and said nothing. I was terrified.

Rocky came towards me and whispered. "It's a long story....."

Rydel's P.O.V

"Does it hurt??" I asked like the thousands time today.

Ell laughed and slowly nodded. "Yes Rydel...I'm fine"

"You sure....." I couldn't help, but ask again.

He got up and kissed me. "Does that answer your question?"

I giggled. "Yea....."

He laughed and kissed my forehead. "Rydel, I know Ryland didn't mean to..it was just his temper kicking in. I mean I was in a fight once and I punched the kid next to me because I was pist at the other boy that I couldn't think straight"
