I felt Mika grab my hand as we headed into the airport. My mother was on my right, my father next to her. I smiled a little as I looked over at Mika. He looked nervous again. "Don't worry. It'll be ok." I said as I squeezed his hand. He looked over at me. 

"Can't we just swim there? Its faster." 

I laughed softly. "If my parents found out you were a mermaid, they would flip out." I said. We put our bags on the conniver belt. I caught Mika looking around the airport. "How did you kids enjoy America?" My father asked us. I looked at him and smiled. 

"It was absolutely amazing. I would love to come again." Mika answered before I could. My father smiled and looked over at me. "I like this boys manners." He said and held a thumbs up. I sighed relieved and held a thumbs up as well, looking back at Mika. "Looks like they really like you." I said as he smiled. He smiled as well and grabbed my arm, resting his head on my shoulder. We made it to the gate and sat down. I pulled my phone out and plugged my headphones in. I handed Mika a bud and turned Imagine Dragons on, a band I discovered here and I'm very happy I did. He closed his eyes and rested his head on my shoulder. I smiled and kissed his head, before taking a picture of his cute little face. I saw my mom take a picture of us and I smiled. "Hey!" I said quietly, trying not to disturb Mika. She smiled a little. 

"Oh don't mind me. You two are cute, I can't help it."

I rolled my eyes and rested my head back on Mika's. I closed my eyes and sighed. 

"Now loading first class members." The intercom said. My father stood up and motioned us. I nudged Mika awake. "Come on. Time to go." I said as I stood up. He stood up as well and grabbed my hand. We boarded the plane and sat in our seats. My mom and dad were behind us as we buckled up. He rested his head on my shoulder again and closed his eyes. After a while , the plane took off and we were in the air. Mika was asleep again. I decided to lean our chairs a little and i let him use my chest as a pillow. Soon his soft snores put me to sleep.

~Time Skip~

My father shook our chairs slightly which woke me up. I looked out the window and saw we had landed back in Japan. I looked down at Mika as kissed his head.

"Mika, wake up. We're home."

I said softly as I grabbed his hand. His eyes opened as he sat up. He rubbed his eyes and grabbed the little carry on bag he brought. We stood up and started heading out of the airport. We got our bags and headed back to my parents car. After we got in, Mika grabbed my hand as I pulled my phone out. I saw Shinoa and Yoichi texted me. I smiled slightly and rested my head on Mika's shoulder. He was asleep again, which I figured. He wasn't real fond of the timezone changes. I put my headphones in and closed my eyes. After about thirty minutes of my dad driving, we arrived at their house. Mika woke up abruptly when we stopped. I looked up at him and smiled a little, chuckling. "You alright there?" I asked as i sat up. He blinked a few times and shook his head. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine." He stuttered as he slowly got out of the car.

I got out as well as my mother walked up to the front door. I looked up at the house, amazed. "This place is huge." I said quietly as I looked at the yard.

"Mommy! Daddy! You're home!"

I heard someone call out. I looked at the front door and saw a young girl run to my mom. She jumped into her arms and hugged her tightly, giggling. She had brown eyes like my father and brown hair like my mother. Her hair was put into a side braid that laid down on her right shoulder. I walked over to them, my hands in my pockets. The little girl looked over at me and tilted her head. "Who's that?" She asked. My father looked at me and laughed a little. 

"Akane, say hi to your big brother!" My mom said. 

My eyes widened as I looked over at her. "W-wait, big brother? You mean, this is-"
