If there is one thing I really lack in life, it's confidence.

It doesn't matter if it is me talking to a hot girl or hitting this new jump at the bike park, I always lack confidence. I may have the skill for whatever it may be and it is totally easy, but I always assume the worst. I'm a very glass half empty person.

I do the unexpected a lot, especially when people don't think I can, but when it is just me by myself I can't ever hype myself up enough.

Usually when pain is Involved, I have the least confidence. Dirt jumps scare me a lot, but at least I can do them. Skatepark quarterpipes scare me the most, and I can't get myself to do them. Well, I did once and it wasn't fun because I got alml st no air. Also, embarrassment is another one for me. It is hard for me to explain a situation where I can get embarrassed, because I usually stay far away from them, but people take every chance possible to embarrass me.

The most memorable one I had was when I was talking to this girl I was in to at the time named Casey. I was in the hall walking from class to class and she was right by me so I started taking to her. Right as I do, my friend Garrett gives me a 5 star, (where you slap someone in the back so hard it leaves a handprint) but because I had my backpack on he got some of my back and some of my neck. I had just gotten over a case of whiplash (the one I got in the last chapter), so my neck was SO tender and it hurt so bad I started to tear up. In front of the girl I liked at the time. She asked if I was ok and I was so embarrassed I couldn't do anything accept give Garrett the *I'm gonna kill you in your sleep* look.

By the way, I liked this girl last year. Then stopped liking her, and now I'm starting to get back into her again. She's good looking, she's easy to talk to, and she has no friends that I hate so I might commit to something but in scared. My last relationship l my lasted a month...

Again, confidence.
