People told me "be yourself" "nobody will judge you" "you're perfect" well, why did I believe their bullshit lies ? So many pain and hatred in me, I'm so broken what can help..?

"Hey buddy, I heard your having a hard time over at your new school , contact me" my friend Allen sent me this. As I replied back with a "Yea, of course I'm fine I don't need help because you totally see me crying and getting bullied, yea, you know getting ashamed of for being yourself is fine. Thanks for asking" as I sent with rude letters. Jeez, I ask myself "it's time for that time again"
