MPK: I finally realized, the body of water by the pavilion isn't a river, but a lake lol. So I'm changing river to lake in the story~

This chap's a longgg one... It also might kinda sad too.

_____________

"Ha...Ha."

Out of the cab. In the door. Down the corridor. Up the stairs.

"Ha...Ha...!"

Down the hall, up more stairs. Out of one personality, into another.

"Ha...I'm here!" A burst of wind blew through, as the person entered. When the wind died down, the male noticed only one person in the room.

Jinguji Ren finally looked up from his magazine. "Oh. You're actually here." He dropped his legs that were propped up on the table. "I had a feeling you would still come."

"Where's...?"

Ren stood up, "He's gone, Icchi. He's given up."

"But our performance is tomorrow. Wouldn't today be crucial? Why would he give up now?"

"It's way past dinnertime Tokiya. Our performance is first thing in the morning. Syo and I have been practicing for this without you for a whole week."

Tokiya sighed, "I know that. I also know that I've been late. But I can learn the steps! I can do this!"

"We were supposed to do this Tokiya. Not just you." Ren placed a hand on Tokiya's shoulder when he reached him. "You can't expect to take charge and never be around."

Tokiya looked down sadly, "...I'm sorry."

"I know you are. But you should really tell that to Syo. He's the one who stood up for you when no one else would. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't even have a routine." Ren headed for the door, "For now, know you will sing alto and just try to keep up tomorrow~"

"Let me see the routine, please. One time, just one time."

Ren eyed Tokiya before letting out a sigh himself, "Okay. I'll try to teach you what I know."

I found myself walking down this dirt road inside the dark forest. My reoccurring dream was back. While wandering it alone for what seemed like forever, I could only question if I was going the right way. I didn't care where I was going, as long as it would take me outside this pitch-black area. I don't exactly hate the dark, but I don't welcome it either.

"Cecil?" I called out, no signs of the light-skinned male.

That's when I finally saw light, at the end of the tunnel. I walked through it back out into the area by the pavilion, by the bed of the lake. But not only am I greeted by the strong rays of moonlight this world creates, but also a different type of light...one coming from a hole...in the sky...

"What the heck!?" I couldn't help but almost scream. I grabbed one of the pillars of the pavilion and hid slightly behind it. Looking up into it, I couldn't visibly see anything. There was only a pitch, purplish-black darkness. The harsh sound of wind generated from the hole, even though the hole itself was kind of small. Still, it made me duck for my safety.

...I wasn't scared of it you know, I was only startled is all.

As soon as I had even noticed the hole's presence though, it disappeared. As quickly as it disappeared, it reappeared...inches from where I was standing!
