*The day after the eclipse* Summer's POV I wake up and find myself in a sleeping bag. On the floor of my classroom. Oh wait I forgot. Yesterday was the lock in. I get up quietly because it's 6am. I exit the classroom and go to the bathroom. I comb through my hair with my fingers and then I head back to class but I bump into someone. I look up and see Asher. What are you doing up so early A- I could ask you the same question and I had to use the bathroom S- Im an early riser and also because I was by Tomika who was snoring He nods and then says bye. He walks back to his classroom. While I walk to mine. I enter slowly and decide to write a song. I can write songs now thanks to Mr.Finn but I don't write them for the band because they're kinda personal. *2 hours later* It's almost 9am and there still asleep. I'm surprised Principal Mullins hasn't came. Anyway I exit the classroom. I go to the band room and grab a trumpet. Wait nevermind. I'll just use Freddy's drums. I head back to the classroom. I take out the drums quietly and then I start banging on them. Really no one woke up to that. I get on top of Mr.Finns desk and Fire. They all get up. All- WHERE S- No where I simply get off the desk and they all look at me confused Z- Then why did you yell fire S- To wake you guys up. It's 9am and are parents will be here in an hour. To pick us up. They all just nod slowly F- Why are my drums out S- Apparently you guys can't wake up to someone smashing on the drums. T- Oh thats what that was. I thought it was apart of my dream. I just roll my eyes MF- Ok guys. Go to the locker rooms and change or go to the bathroom. You all brought extra clothes right We all say yes. I drag Tomika out and we go to the bathroom. (Without watch and backpack) Me and Tomika walk back to the classroom but we run into the boys. T&S- Hi guys Z&L- Hi I look at Freddy and he just stares at me. Weird. I just ignore it. But then I hear thunder. I lightly jump because it scared me. I mean hello. It was out of nowhere. (PA- The offices overhead) PA- Attention Students. We have been caught in a sudden tornado and thunderstorm. Please lock all doors and windows and head back to your classrooms. The teachers lock all the doors and windows. We head back to the classroom. T- Well this is just great S- What T- I was gonna go to the water park and the mall today S- And you didn't invite me T- Hey Summer would you like to go with me. Oh wait it's too late now. We're trapped in this classroom for who knows how long S- Ok fine. Your point has been made. If something happens. Principal Mullins is gonna tell us and they said the cafeteria was open since the power hasn't went out. The food is still good. We're all relieved. T- So we're all just gonna live in this classroom till we die S- We're not gonna die. Yet we approximately got 4 days All- WHAT S- Well food will run out since there is 500 students and you can't forget the fact. That if the thunderstorm gets worse. It could tear up the whole school and we'd go along with it T- Was that supposed to make us feel better (worried) S- No but if it did. Then you got problems. I was just stating facts. Z- Never state facts again S- (pouts) Fine but if you ask for my "plans". I won't help you Zack. She sits on top of her desk. Which surprises me. She never does that T- Ok we've got to get summer out of here. So I look into it. F- You know Cassiopeia was a mythology queen who boasted about her beauty S- Yes. She showed real pride in it F- Is that why you like her or it S- Kinda. Not the beauty part but that she showed pride. (Starts giggling) F- What's so funny S- Your a stalker F- WHAT NO IM NOT S- Dude calm down your constellation is Cassiopeia's stalker F- Ok that makes more sense. S- Relax. I was really just joking around F- I know We finally reach the classroom T- Sum you are in big trouble lady S- WHAT DID I DO. IM SORRY. PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME DETENTION. IM BEGGING YOU MR.FINN (gets on knees) T- Not literally. I was just worried about you. S- Oh (gets up) Wait where is Mr.finn Z- Teachers lounge getting donuts S- Should have known. Then the Class starts rumbling. Summer starts panicking again. She starts pacing. PA- Attention Students. The tornado has come near. I suggest you get under something. Immediately. We all get under the desk. I get under Mr.Finns desk but I still hear footsteps. I look up and see a beautiful blonde pacing. T- SUMMER. GET DOWN S- We're All gonna die. We're all gonna die. We're all gonna die I run and grab her but she stays placed on the floor. F- Summer come on She just keeps repeating the same sentence. Looking at the door in fear. I finally decide to pick her up. I run over to the desk and put us both under it. She's still in her trance. The class keeps shaking and she keeps shaking. She closes her eyes. F- Summer think postive S- I can't Freddy I can't F- (grabs her waist) Yes you can. Look at me She looks at me F- Ok think of the band. Think of Tomika. Think of Kale. Ok happy thoughts S- I can't. All the people you just listed are here and in danger. Including You and Me. Ok time to be Perseus. The hero. The hero of the queen. F- Summer think of Cassiopeia. She shows pride. Even at the worst times like now. She was still prideful about everything including her beauty. S- Freddy Cassiopeia was a Greek Queen. There were Greek gods who controlled the weather. Unless they did something wrong. There was always sun and they never hurt the queen. So tell me. SUMMER S- It's true all he does is follow her T- SUMMER WHAT DOES ZACK'S LEATHER PANTS MAKE HIM FEEL S- RASHY Z- DID YOU JUST HAVE TO BRING THAT UP T- WHY IS CORN STARCH GOOD FOR GETTING GIRLS S- YOU SMELL LIKE CORNBREAD T- WHAT IS MY NICKNAME FOR LAWRENCE AND FREDDY F- ME S- UH LARRY AND FREDWARD T- HOW MANY TIMES DO I CALL HIM FREDWARD S- EVERY DAY WHEN HE'S NOT THERE F- IM JUST LEARNING THIS NOW T- WHAT EMOJI NEVER LIES S- THE PANDA BEAR PA- Attention Students the tornado has passed but the flood is still going. We will be in here for one more day. I feel relieved but then Summer tackles me in a hug. I blush while she keeps hugging me S- Thanks for trying to keep me calm (Lets go) I owe you F- You owe me nothing I get up and help her up. She hugs me again and I hug back but unlike last time. I let go of her. She was my queen and I was her hero but I hoped one day. I would be her King
