I was walking with Erza, my childhood friend, to lunch.we have other sophmore classmates but they were coming from the top floor so it will take them longer. She started to hum. Erza loved to sing. She has been taking lessons since she could talk. All of a sudden her eyes lit up. "Jellal!" She said standing up and leaning forward my eyes widened as the whole cafeteria looked at us. She noticed to and sat back down quickly I motioned for her to continue what she was saying. "Were in our sophomore year jellal! And that means we have 3 years left to make our highschool years special, and for people to remember us when we're off working in business firms!" She ranted on and on. This got me thinking too... she was right. I don't want to be just another student that comes to school for 4 years I want to be remembered for something special. I nodded my head and she yelled her idea to my face "we should bring back the glee club!" She pulled out her dads old year book and showed me a whole page of a group of students around our age arms around each other, laughing their hearts out and they all look so damn happy. Erza had the biggest smile on her face as she stared down at it. I smiled looking at all the happiness but then I looked around and reality hit me like bricks. We were sitting in a high school cafeteria definitely the least happy place you could be. "Who would join that? I wouldn't" she pouted and looked around and then just decided "I'll make a sign up sheet!"she ran to the art room and left me their alone and everyone probably thought I was a freak cause I was laughing at how adorable she was with her crazy ideas 'glee club' ya right! She came back pushing all the people to get back to the table, that's Erza for you. She caught her breath and said "I put it out in the hall and I wrote auditions after school so we have another 3 hours before then" she gave me a big cheeky smile "ok.. but are you in the glee club?" She nodded like it was the most obvious thing in the world. Lunch ended and our next classes went by really fast as we headed to the auditorium for auditions we did not know who was behind the stage so we just had to say next each time. We were about to start and we had set up a stand in the back. I didnt look at the names on the list but I did see that they were all freshman, which is really good because they can take over when Erza and I graduate. We have decided to pick out artist for them and then have the people choose the specific song from them, but nobody can do the same artist. Erza began the auditions "alright, whose ever up first can come on out!" Gray fullbuster. One of the most popular guys in our school, let alone the quarter back. We were on good grounds but I don't think that will last. I smirked as he reluctantly dragged his feet on the center of the stage. I may or may have not done something to get him audition. He just covered it up saying he wanted to spend more time with his girl friend. He really didnt do anything wrong, but I know he can sing, I just needed to give him a push. I used to be the water boy, not because I wanted to but because Erza has a huge match making problems and wants a man on the inside. Tch but I couldn't say no to her puppy dog eyes. Anyway I heard him singing in the locker room after everyone left, and I may or may not have used this to my advantage by slipping some drugs into his bag. I later told him to come to my house, I confronted him and of course he said that cause it's true. I blackmailed him. If he joined glee club, I wouldn't tell anyone so he obliged. I really am quite devious. I didn't tell Erza because she actually thinks people would join this thing.

Gray just glared at me as I told him what he had to sing "you have to do a cover of a song of your choice from lorde" he grunted he didn't really care he got one of the easy ones for now... I have some sympathy you know! He took a deep breath and began.

As I already knew he blew it out of the water, Erza was shocked though, he was her childhood friend and she never knew he sang. Well, to be fair it wasn't his choice. He was way better than me and was probably our new lead male, Erza and I decided that everyone who would try out would make it, but we were still going to rate them 1-10. 10 being like professional level. Gray scored a 7, we don't tell them though. We also classify them in what type of music there best at. Telling by grays voice, he is a rock singer. We both clap and gray just stomps off the stage. "Next!" I yell so whose ever behind the stage can hear.
