(A/N Bear with me guys. This is my first story that I'm actually publishing. I'm sorry if it's terrible. I just..yeah, I'm gonna go now. )

I was never the popular kid in school. I pretty much kept to myself and the few friends I had. Although, if you knew me now, you'd think I was lying. Don't take it the wrong way though. I'm not complaining. I loved how my life was back then. It was simple, and it was peaceful. There was no drama at all. But that all changed when I packed up and left Oklahoma for Missouri. Don't ask why, we'll get to that later. Anyway, let's just start at the beginning, yeah?

"Breighanna, sweetie, wake up. It's time to get ready." My dad, Bret's voice rang out as he knocked on my bedroom door. I sighed. Wake up? I never went to sleep. I had only lived here for a week, and I already wanted to leave. I loved my Dad, but living with him? That wasn't an idea I was so keen on. Especially when he had barely been a part of my life for the past 13 years. I sighed, rolling off of the couch I slept on in my room and went to my dresser. I grabbed a random pair of jeans and my infamous 'Hollywood <3's Me' crop top. I quickly straitened my slightly short hair, and put a light ammount of makeup on. Nodding at myself in the mirror, I grabbed my phone and met my dad in the car. We pulled up to what seemed like the smallest school I had ever seen. I rolled my eyes at all of the smiling faces. Why were they so happy? Oh, that's right. Because they weren't dragged away from their lives, their friends, and their homes, only to be dropped off on an alien planet.

I walked to the office with my dad and got my schedule. I played on my phone while my dad talked to a seemingly nice lady with the name 'Stark' on her nametag. She was nice, that is, until I heard her ask my dad if I wore a helmet, due to the surgery I had a few years previous. Groaning, I walked out of the office. I hadn't been here for even five minutes, and I already hated the place. My first two classes were just me blaintly ignoring anyone and everyone who tried to talk to me. I ignored all of the people staring at me as I made my way to my new science class. Joy. I walked in, handed the teacher my schedule, and sat where she told me to. A few minutes into class, the teacher told me to sit with a girl behind me. The girl, Ashlee, mumbled something about being able to do the work on her own. I glared at her as I sat down. I noticed she was drawing a pretty impresive heart diagram. Well, one thing lead to another, and the next thing I knew, she was calling me an idiot for drawing a big 'x' through her diagram. I got up, satisfied, and sat back in my seat, turning to call her a bitch before starting my own heart diagram.

At the end of the day, I walked outside and to my dads car. I threw my bag in the backseat before getting in and huffing. "Did you make any friends?" He asked, looking at me hopefully. I shook my head, deciding not to tell him that I had already made an enemy on my first day.
