What is "The Crush Diaries?"

The Crush Diaries is a compilation of stories about a typical girl's past and present crushes. The stories show the different traits of  guys a girl admired and fell deeply for. Let's not use the term "love", cause after all, it does say "crush" in the title. Now, if you feel like you're going or have went through the same problems faced in the stories, don't stop reading. There may be some advice for you.

Introduction

"Crush". What is the meaning of "Crush"? It may be the literal meaning; "deform, pulverize" or "a brief or intense infatuation for someone". We're sticking to the second definition. Oh, and thanks Google.

A lot have experienced this...correction, EVERYONE has experienced having a crush. No? You haven't? Well, aren't you a little too mature to be in denial of such a shallow thing? I didn't say that you should be proud of it, what I mean is, you should at least admit to yourself that you experienced having a crush.

There are two types of girls who have crushes. One, is the girl who is very vocal about it. She wants to make "parinig" to the guy. Most, but not all of these girls are the ones who are very pretty, cause they're confident that her crush will fall for her as well. But there are some who are thick faced and are desperate to have a boyfriend so they really will really broadcast it to the world, even if she's not that pretty...maybe even unlikable. Let's label that girl "the brave". Why? Well, she's brave enough to let the guy know even if he may or may not like her. And then there's the "shy type". She wouldn't want to tell a single soul. She would or would't tell her friends, she'd probably run away and wipe herself from the face of the earth forever. Let's call them "the quiet". Which one are you?
