Outside // Chapter 2

Joey Pov

"Do we have to go outside??" I asked pulling Jay away from the door as he was pulling me the opposite way. "Yes. Now come on" He said pulling me harder than I could ever pull making me go his way. "Im not wearing sun screen" I whined. (I WAS SPELLING WHINED WRONG LAST CHAPTER SORRY) "To bad a lil sun wont kill ya" We stepped outside.. "its to bright" I said covering my eyes with my hand. Jay grabbed my other hand and we started to walk. "I love you" he said kissing the top of my head. "Love you too" I said. We walked to a park near my house. I sat on the swings and Jay sat on the one next to me. "Why haven't you been at school?" he asked. "Haven't been feeling happy really" I said looking at the ground. We sat on the swings and continued to talk. "Welp I got to go" Jay said standing up. "Ok Ill see you at school tomorrow" I said standing up hugging him. We then went our separate ways.

TIME SKIP TO THE NEXT DAY

I got up in the morning and got ready for school. I felt semi okay today. I headed to the bus stop and waited for my bus to come. The bus arrived and I sat in a seat towards the bus. "Hey Joey" I looked up to see a kid I kinda knew. "hi" I said as she sat next to me. "I herd about Abby..Im so sorry" at that moment I choked up. I felt tears build up in my eyes..that's the one name I didn't want to hear today "Abby". If you didn't know Abby was my best friend, my mom, my everything. and she past two months ago but I still really miss her. "oh uh its um fine" I said looking away trying to hide the fact I was crying. As soon as the bus pulled up to the school I ran off it. I walked into my first class, sat in my seat and put my head down on my desk..today's gonna be a loong day I thought to myself. I pulled my phone out and saw Jay texted me "You here?" the text read "yea I am" I responded. I Put in my headphones and played some music. "Hawaii" by WaterParks came on and I almost lost it.. That was Abby and I's song.
