"Kristal get down here!" I yelled. "OK, are they here?" she asked. "Ya, " I yelled back at her. I could hear her as she ran down the stairs to the living room. She stopped in front of me and asked, "Do you have all of your stuff together Jessica?" I replied with a very happy and peppy "yep, how about you?" She giggled and said "I've been ready for about a week. This trip is the highlight to our summer."
"Well let's get going, " I said as I started walking towards the door. "Jessica, do you remember the last time we went to this lake?" she asked. "Ya, I remember. We were kids, but now we get to go with all of our greatest friends." The memories made me happy, just by thinking about them.
We reached the car and Jackson rolled down the front window. "Hey ladies mind if we give you a ride?" he asked in a stupid voice. Kristal laughed and asked "Where's Chloe?" The back window rolled down and Aiden appeared. I blushed at the sight of my boyfriend. It's been weeks since I last saw him. I zoned out of every thing else that was going on. He smiled at me, which made me blush even more. "Well we're about to pick her up," Jackson said.
His words broke me free of my trance. I looked away from Aiden and asked "Well shall we get going?" "Yep," Aiden said as he opened the back door to let us into the car.
