As my demons spread through my mind, I scream out your name.
My vision gets blurry and dark.
Pretty soon I see nothing. I only hear.
Hear the voices telling me to give up. To let go.
Then I hear you.
Your voice.
It drowns out the screams and cries of darkness.
Then I see a light. A flash. It's my happiness.
It's you standing before me.
Helping me up and telling me that everything will be okay.
As you pull me against your chest I inhale your scent, I feel your warmth.
I begin to smile, because at that moment I know that I will be okay.
You saved me.
