A Lonely Girl...

Chapter 1 (Abandoned)

"Anna, wake up sweety. Breakfast is ready." Said Ellie as she shook her daughter awake. "What is for breakfast mama?" Anna asked her mother as she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes. Ellie smirked and told her to guess what it was. Anna looked at her mother for a second and then replied, "PANCAKES!" She said it as if she was hundred percent sure that her answer was correct. Ellie was a bit shocked with her daughter's correct outburst but shook the feeling off and nodded. Ellie swung Anna around as she jumped into her arms.

After eating and getting dressed, Anna's parents dropped her off to kindergarten. Time passed and it was recess. Anna was playing with her friends. One of her friends was upset, everyone was asking her what happened but she would not say a word. Anna told her not to be sad or be ashamed to tell them that her father is marrying another woman. Everyone was shocked and stared at her with wide mouth. The one who was sad, got angry and told Anna to stop lieing and to never talk to her again, she then ran out crying. Anna tried to follow her but the other girls stopped her. "What is wrong with you! Why would you tell such a lie!?" Said one of her friends. Anna told then that she was not a lying but they just went away saying that she was a monster who just wants to embarrass everyone.

Afterwards, the rumour spread. Next day, when Anna entered the school, whispers erupted everywhere saying, "Look its her. I heard that she can read peopl's mind. We should stay away from her. She's a 'Monster'! She will read our mind too!" This continued on as an every day routine. Even the teachers would despise her. Since that day, she has always been alone. One day, the teacher complained to Anna's mother that she lies and tries to embarrass everyone around her. The teacher said that because once Anna revealed her fight with her husband in front of the whole class and now she wanted to take revenge from her.

Ellie then started taking her to multiple doctors but each one of them would say that she has no problem and is completely normal. Ellie then took her to a priest and begged for his help. She told him that something evil has possessed her daughter. The priest said that there is nothing he can do to stop this ability of her. Ellie tried discussing it with her husband but he would just say, "She is your daughter. It is your problem not mine." And with that say, he would just leave.

Ellie could not sleep for days thinking of a solution for this but nothing would come to her mind. Ellie and her husband became more distant from each other... and from Anna as well. Both of them started to stay out late. One day, they were sitting in the lounge reading books. Anna came and asked them if they would hang out with her, but they both said that they had to go somewhere. Anna got upset but still acted cheerful. She then asked, "Baba, your meeting with that girl who works in your office right?" Her father got startled, Ellie asked angrily, "Is that true!?" Her husband started to disagree but then Anna said, "Mama, your also meeting with that guy named Josh right?" At those words her father got angry. Then Ellie said, "Anna stop lieing you disgraceful child!!" "But I'm not lieing Mama." Replied Anna. "That's it! You really are a monster! You Will Always Stay Alone, With No Family And No Friends!" With that say, her father and mother both left her behind and went their separate ways. Anna cried that whole night in her parents room.

After that, her grandfather took her in and did everything he could to keep her safe. ...
