Chapter 1

"Wow!" I say as I walk into my new dorm room. I honestly can't believe I'm starting College.
I was hoping for a bigger room but I guess this room will do. After all, it's actually kind of cute.
I unpack all my clothes and everything inside my boxes. I lastly take out my diary. My diary is the most important thing to me. I have had it since... Since that unfortunate day. Nonetheless, no one has read it besides me.
I am nervous to find out who my roommate is. I'm not very good with people and I enjoy being alone.
"Knock knock" a girl voice says. I command my voice to the door. I'm greeted with a beautiful girl with majestic blue eyes and dark curled hair.
"Hi, I'm Lily." I say sympathetically. "Hey! My name is Zoey!" She is so cheerful.
"I guess we are roomies! I am so excited!" She practically yells. "Yeah me too." I say with a smile.
Zoey is so happy and full of energy. So unlike me but I like her.
"I have so much unpacking to do and oh my god I am so ready for the parties and..." She keeps blabbing off. Like I said before though, I like her positive vibes.
My day flies by with the unpacking task and Zoey entertains me with her stories. I also agreed to go shopping with her to get to know her better.
"Well goodnight Zoey." I say with a yawn. "Why so early little Lily?" She asks. I manage a fake laugh. "I always go to sleep early, but you can keep the lights on if you need to." "It's fine, goodnight, after all we need to save all our energy for the parties!" She says while clapping her hands.
My amazing dream about spending time with Leonardo dicaprio was short lived. My dream was invaded by loud laughs and music. Who is stupid enough to have a party on a weeknight and in a dorm that barely fits 2 beds?
"Zoey. Zoey." I ask. "Do you hear that?" Unfortunately, I have just learned that Zoey is a heavy sleeper.
"Ugh" I groan as I get up and grab my robe. If we are going to have dorm parties every day I might as well get a new dorm.
I open the door and my ears lead me to a door really close to my dorm. Why has nobody even complained yet?
I knock loudly on the door, hoping to be heard. I hear footsteps and the door creek open.
"What?" A girl says. She is tall, thin, and has really long hair. I can't deny she is pretty and could even be a model. Unfortunately, her rude attitude ruined her outer beauty.
From the peak I get, inside there are 2 other guys and another girl. I don't recognize anybody but they are probably as rude as the tall girl.
"Umm... Can you guys turn it down? It's a bit loud." I say.
"Oh my god! Lighten up! Ugh go back to your dorm." She says and slams the door in my face.
Guess my first day in the dorms wasn't paradise. People are so rude. I decide to look past the encounter and head back to my room.
My alarm goes off and of course Zoey is still sleeping. I look in the mirror and look horrible. I couldn't sleep last nigh with the loud music. At least I got 1 or 2 hours of sleep. Zoey and I are going shopping today, which should be fun. Classes start Monday and luckily today is Friday.
Zoey and I get ready and I decide to wear a simple outfit of a sweater and jeans. "You ready?" Zoey asks. "Umm yeah" I say while applying lipstick.
As we are walking down the hall i spot the tall girl who I encountered last night and a boy with curly hair making out. They were basically eating each other. Totally disgusting.
I don't really pay much attention and Zoey and I make our way to the mall.
