Fitz- You were a smart student in High School, got good grades and had friends. You were recruited by SHIELD right out of high school where you attended the SHIELD Academy of Technology and Science, there you met Leopold Fitz and Jemma Simmons who you became best friends with. When Coulson asked for a team all three of you volunteered to go on an adventure.
Mack- You were always the happy, outgoing one in high school where you were popular especially when it came to communications since you learned how to talk to people and to inspire them. When you were finishing your Bachelor's degree, Agent Alphonso Mackenzie approached you about joining their SHIELD team since you were very outgoing and good with people. You attended the SHIELD Academy of Communications analyzing incoming and outgoing transmissions and figuring out the origination point.
Grant- You were working for the CIA as an undercover agent when your mission crossed paths with SHIELD Agent Grant Ward, little did you know that you were being watched by the organization during your mission which you helped out Ward who said he was with the CIA as well. When you found out he was with SHIELD and they were impressed with your skills he invited you to join SHIELD which you did. There you attended the SHIELD Academy of Operations where you passed with flying colors. Ward requested you to be on the team with him and vouched for your skills
Coulson- You were already with SHIELD working your way up to assistant director where you helped out Fury and Maria Hill. You met Phil Coulson when you saw him come back to life using the T.A.H.I.T.I Project, you were assigned with Melinda May to keep an eye on him to make sure that he does not suffer from side effects.
