Chp. 6

"Where are the eyes at?" Danielle asked. Dinah pulled out a box that I'm assuming the eyes are in. A black box appeared on the coffee table. "For each item you find they will go in here. This box will protect the items from being stolen from the Shadows. Can you please put them in Dinah." Daniella said. Dinah opened the box and gagged. "Oh my gosh! I can't do it. Its so creepy and I think the eyes has words on them." Dinah said passing the box to Normani. "Woah they do. It looks like it says Help Me. Cool." Normani said and put them in the box.

"Now that that's done. Let's get back to our search." Y/n said showing up out of nowhere. Wait. She just talked. All of us looked at Herr shocked. "You just talked. How?" I asked her. "When they fount their eyes the water on me disappeared. That's what prevented me from speaking and hearing in the first place. So my guess is every time you find something something gets taking away." Y/n explained to us. A woman and a baby with no eyes appeared behind them making us scream. That must be Wilma and Jasmine. "This is Wilma and Jasmine. Wilma will be helping us out. This time we will need you girls to split up. I know we said don't but we don't have enough time and his head could be anywhere. Normani, Lauren, and I will go in the attic. While Dinah, Camila, and Wilma will will stay down here. We are only doing this because we are going with you. Danielle will be in our room with Jasmine. Everyone stay together. Everybody understand the rules?" Y/n asked and they nodded. "Well let's start now." Y/n said. Normani and i followed Y/n towards the stairs. We walked up the stairs and stopped in the middle of the hall.

"James is up here. Just letting you know so you know who it is." Y/n said as we stopped under the attic. The ladder to the attic came down. "I'll meet you girls up there. I'll be standing there when you get up." Y/n said and disappeared before we could say anything. Normani went up first. When she got up there I went up. Normani grabbed my hand and helped me up. I looked around and it looked creepy up here. Spider webs, dust, and boxes everywhere. I looked at the opposite side of the room and saw a men sitting in the corner. "That's James. He want brother us. Let's get started." Y/n said. "Is he in time out or something?" Mani asked  I walked over to a box. I blew it to get some of the dust off of it. I started coughing from all of the dust that flew into the air. I opened the box and looked in it. "What did you find?" Mani asked me. I fount was books. "There's just books in here. Some of them don't even have writing in them." I said. I pushed the box aside and grabbed another one. "This one has some cute jewelry in it. I wonder if I can take them." Mani said and I shook my head. "Mani you can't take dead people jewelry." I told. I looked to the right and saw Mani looking at each of the jewelry.

"Yes I can. What are they going to do about it? They can't wear it anyways." She said before putting them down and moving to the next box. I looked behind me cause I felt someone watching me. It wasn't Y/n because she was standing beside Normani. Of course it wasn't James since he has no head. Can he see? I mean in movies some headless people could see. So he cou- this is not the time Lauren. Y/n seemed to have noticed to cause she started looking around. "Shhhh… did y'all hear that?" Y/n said shushing us. We shook our heads. After a few minutes she told us to continue. We looked threw all of the boxes and we found nothing. I wonder if the others found anything yet. Thud! All of our heads snapped towards some boxes that fell. Even James looked. "Get out of here now." Y/n said. Normani was the first one to get up and go to the ladder. Instead of us jumping we had jump down. It wasn't to far of a jump anyways. I grabbed Mani's hand and ran. "Keep going I'll hold them" And keep looking for the head!" Y/n yelled. I looked back while running and saw Y/n fighting off a shadow. We went down the stairs quickly. "Where do we check?" Mani asked. "I don't kitchen. But let's be quick." I said getting ready to run towards the kitchen.

But I was stopped when we saw a shadow standing in the way. "Go the other way!" Mani yelled. We ran down another hall that does not look familiar at all. But at the moment I could give two shits about it. "Ahhhhhhh!!!!!" The shadow screeched. "Hurry I can feel it breathing down my neck!" Mani yelled. We quickly turned down and ran down it. I picked a random room and went in it. "Are you OK Mani?" I asked but didn't get a response. "Mani?" I asked wiping my eyes. I didn't even know I was crying. I looked around and Normani was nowhere to be found. But how? I was just holding her hand. Her hand never left mine. I want to go find her but there's no use. Y n and Danielle tried looking for Ally the other day and they don't even know where to find them. The only way for me to get them back is if we find everything. No I'm sitting in this room on the floor crying and alone. Why did I agree to this? This is to much.

A/n~ohhh…a cliffhanger. What do you think will happen next? Let me know. Who watched Descendents 2 and Ravens Home? I did and I loved them both. Let me know your opinions on this chapter. Also this story is literally almost over. Only a couple of more chapters left. I never planned for this story to be long anyways. It was suppose to be something short.
