Jesus Held the Rope

Just a question:

Did you know why Jesus have to die? Yes He died to forgive us from our sins, but Why? If God is so forgiving, why cant He forgive us just because He forgives us? Why did Jesus have to die?

I know to some of you this is just easy. And blessed are you because you know your faith in Jesus, but some of our brothers and sisters don't know. Tap their shoulders, sit with them and ask them the question. Help them, because good deeds don't save us, Jesus does. It's NOT that "We have to be good so that we can be saved" but " We were saved that's why we ARE good."

But this is not what it's about. This is just about loving Jesus vs the WORLD. Who are you following?

So they said Jesus is too darn difficult to follow.

But isn't this world more difficult with its own sorrow?

Isn't it harder to chase the world that overpromise?

Says "You can have it all", but when did it happen?

Indeed, the world said you can have it all.

But you've been chasing all your life then what? You always fall.

Because satisfaction is a deceit by this world's promise

Tell me now, is that life you really wanted to wish?

Wear more make-up, speak differently and buy more things

Just to be accepted by this frail, crooked society

Look: They'll accept you IF you're skinny, anorexic or brat.

How long can you keep up with a pressure like that?

You may keep up for months or yes, maybe years.

But just take one wrong step, I bet it'll put you to tears

Because this world accepts you today and bids goodbye later

Yes that's it. This world you desire is nothing but a liar

But Jesus only asks you with just two things:

"Love your God and love your neighbors as you love Him"

Two things, And that's it and you'll be so happy.

Take it from me. A sinner who was accepted, forgiven and freed.

Yes, it's granted that life's difficult, I know.

But it's better than what this world's giving you bro.

Because your worst days with God is so much better

Than your best days without Jesus, your Redeemer.

Jesus is God, yet He took DEATH for you to be saved.

He's God! Come on, aren't you even ashamed?

You think being hurt once is the end of your everything?

Just stare at the man on that cross who was beaten up for your sin.

Come on now, "Just for your sin."?

We're not even worthy to be saved by Him.

I mean, who are we to God? Can't you see?

He's God, and us? WE. ARE. NOTHING.

But like a Father, he never wanted his children not to be free

He accepted all the sufferings, He took nails on His wrist.

He stood on the cross six hours straight till breath's gone

He looked into the sky and said "Father, it is done."
