Demi's POV

"Yaaa..... maybe." Blake said and walked out ofthe room.

I was in the corridor and I heard everything.

Blake is a complicated person.

He is just not used to all these feelings.

I know he likes her, but he is just denying.

He is denying more to himself then to us.

I heard Bethany let a sigh out.

I looked at her with one eye peeking in and she was on the verge on tears.

Knocking on the opened door, she stood up straight and put a fake smile on her face.

Pffffft... that won't work. I invented that look.

"I heard the conversation." I said as we both sat on the bed, not caring about all the fungi and parasite that might kill us.

"I don't even know why I am so sad about." She said as a tear fell from her eye.

Looking forward, I hear sniffs.

"Maybe because you have strong feelings for him." I said, still looking ahead.

She looked at me as if it wasn't an option.

"No way. I can't like him. No. Never. That can't be it. Can it?" She rambled.

"You shouldn't tell him now. We all are focusing on one thing. Well, 2, actually."

She nodded and laid her head back on the wall.

"What do you think is wrong with me?" She asked, staring at the ceiling.

"I honestly can't think of anything. Did it happen later on at anytime?"

"Yes, but I only felt dizziness. And I also get weird vision like dreams. It feels like it happened before."

I stayed quiet.

"Do people get the same dream everytime?"

I chuckled a bit.

"I get the same one every year. Though I do have different dreams."

"Great. I have gone mad. Awesome."

I laughed at her and stood up.

"Ok Mad Hatter. Come on, we need to get changed."

She smiled and got up, going to the room infront.

I closed the door and changed it to some jeans and a hoodie. I didn't want Remi or Gavin recognising me. That would be a 100% plan ruined.

I walked down stairs and saw the dragon sitting up straight. It looked at me and nodded with an impressed look on it's face.

I stood in front of it and knelt down slowly. I took the leash and took it off.

"So you are the princess, aren't you?" A deep grandpa-ish but yet soft voice came from the front.

I looked up at the dragon and then behind it. The dragon raised an eyebrow.

"You don't think I can talk?" The dragon asked.

I blinked twice before standing up. Stepping back, I spoke.

"No. Didn't think you could." I said crossing my arms.

"You are brave to come here. Not many princesses are like you." He said as he grew back to his noraml size which was 14ft. He could have broken the roof but he bent down.

"What the-" i heard someone say.

I turned back seeing Bethany and Jason on the stairs with their jaws hanging out.

"Pleasure meeting you all." The dragon or he said while bowing down.

"What is you name?" I asked crossing my arms.

"Orset Xzyness."

"Really does sound like a dragon name." I heard Jason mutter.

The- mean Orset growled and Jason ran behind Bethany. She slowly came down from the stairs and walked behind me.

"Will you tell me your names?"

It was quiet for a few seconds before Bethany cleared her throat and spoke.

"I am Bethany and this is Jason."

Orset smiled at them and turned to me.

"And you are Demilia."

I nodded.

"Didn't think anyone would remember me."

He nodded.

"How old are you? If you don't mind me asking."

"I am 2,090 years old."

I stood there frozen in my spot. THE FU- ohhhh wait, he is a dragon. If dragons exist then them being almost 3,000 years old is possible too. I guess? This world is really messed up.

"Okayyyyyyy."

When I looked up at the stairs I saw Rebecca and the rest of the boys walking down the stairs keeping their eyes locked at Orset.

"And they are?" Orset asked, looking at each one of them.

"This Blake, Alex, Carter, Ryder and Rebecca." I said as I pointed to them.

Orset nodded before bowing down.

"Oh. You don't have to bow all the time. They aren't royal, and I- um.... welllll."

"Understood. Are they all your friends?"

"Yes, except for Rebecca. She is my... caretaker?"

"Sounds more like a questions then a statement."

I scratched my head before Rebecca spoke.

"Do you remember the last decade or so?"

Orset closed his eyes trying to think.

"I remember that King Gavin tried to remove my memories of this century, so I couldn't tell anyone about you, princess."

Yup. Sounds just like him.

"Rebecca is the only adult that knows this place. And me, but I don't really remember a lot."

Orset went outside and we followed.

"I think you need to change sizes if we are going right now." Rebecca said crossing her arms. It doesn't look like she trusts him a lot from her tone.

Orset did so and started walking on the path that led us to the city.

Can my life get any crazier?

Then again, I know the answer.
