The sun shines brightly in the park that I was almost scared that I could have sunburns over my skin. The park was called the “Letter Park” gaining its name from a rich business tycoon ‘Amanda Letter’ in which in here in the late 1660s their mansion was destroyed suddenly by their Chinese business partner so that he would be able to gain the highest rank in business economy. The park is filled with many trees, flowers, playgrounds with many children playing around it. I sighed heavily as I stood there in the entrance of the park looking at myself furiously as I noticed I was still on my pink colored silky pajamas with teddy bear prints. Huh? What the…is this? I said to myself as I could feel my adrenaline rise up. Such a fool!
“Don’t care.” I muttered to myself angrily. “I’ll be a clown in front of everyone’s eyes!” I yelled to myself as I noticed a couple looked at me suspiciously.
I snorted angrily and stormed out of that place. The park was soothing to the eyes but in my eye I’m just a distraction to its beauty and most of all, I never have been seen in pajamas in public! I’m sure my boss would get angry to me if I have a scandal because as what he said, I am the image of this business hotel or also be called the role model. But, how? How could I be a role model now? With people seeing me looking like this, they would react that a Vice President is unprofessional! Whatever.
I was walking on the pavement with my hands clasped over to my face. Hello! I should not get noticed. I tried to find a safe place to hide so that no one could see me in this kind of clothes. I sighed heavily as I felt irritated and disgusted of myself as I finally saw a safe place to hide. In the center of the park, I saw the washroom for the girls and thank goodness there’s no need to pay. I look around behind me and I could see people playing, walking without minding me anymore of what I’m wearing. Very good.
I turned my head back to the washroom and I quickly opened the doors. Suddenly, I heard a man yell at me. “Hey! What are you doing here?”He was washing his hands when he suddenly saw me. I was caught-off guard and my hand was clasped to my mouth. I was in the boy’s washroom. I quickly got out of the washroom and sighed heavily. I breathed in and out and suddenly was back to myself. “That man’s stupid.” I said to myself and snorted angrily.
I was about to leave when suddenly, I saw the sign post of the washroom and it clearly says “Girls”. I smirked happily and laughed wickedly to myself. People were now looking at me like I was crazy and when I realized that I was too much, I coughed and I was back to posture.
I took hold of the door knob and I felt its cold steel on it. I opened it and suddenly the man that had yelled at me was in front of me like he was about to get hold of the door knob but I suddenly jilted it open.
He was an inch shorter than me and I was happy I was an inch taller than me. He looks like he was at his 17s and he was looking pretty tired. He had blue eyes that I almost want to smack it and steal it but, it’s part of the human’s body that I could not get it. He was wearing black jeans and a white t-shirt.
“Mister, please look at that sign post and please be sure of what you are yelling at.” I said smiling plastically as I pointed to the post that says it’s a washroom for girls.
He looked at the sign post and his eyes were looking on the ground. His hands were on his pockets and he was looking pretty guilty. Hahaha!
I laughed on the inside but on the outside I still have that strong and serious Vice-president Jovana Livic.
“Let this be a lesson for you, young man.” I said seriously like the one I did when one of the staff did something bad as I started to point a finger at him. When I pointed, he looked at my finger and he was now feeling ‘sorry’ for himself.
