A/N: I'm gonna quickly tell you that there's also no existent female creature of this sort. Only male, DON'T GET OFFENDED FOR ANY WEIRD REASON PLS

ENJOY :)

Deep in the forest, these beings lurk alone. They each have no partner to help them through their lives, to help them through their pain, to help them fight their battles. They are solo creatures.

They look exactly like humans, with precisely designed cloaks to wear over them. Their language cannot be understood even by the experts of these creatures (but I'm gonna write their quotes in English cause I'm lazy and yeah. Boopedy boop).

The very strongest known one of all of these held a simple name. Mark. He stood a high king on his throne, using his magic for evil, which is expected. He kills anyone who tries to work together, and tortures people into giving him whatever he wants. Some say his heart is black, and stone cold.

Then there's the warriors, the ones who fight for themselves with might. The most fierce but fragile of these goes by the name of Tyler. He's secretly helped the weaker ones, and almost gotten caught by Mark. Mark absolutely despises Tyler, but he can never get to him since Tyler is always on the move.

Then there's the simple, and most common ones. The weak ones, who just cannot fight for themselves. They are constantly killed for nothing and can never live long. But there's so many of them that they will never disappear fully. And one of the weakest is Ethan.

For some lucky reason, Ethan has safely gotten away from every murdering freak. He's great at hiding, and though he is weak, he is great with a bow and arrow. His aim is precise. He has an arrow in his heart, deep below his heavy cloak. It keeps him alive, and only he knows about it.

---

The leafs ruffled a bit as something swept past them and caused a strong breeze upon them. Tyler ran through the depths of the swamps and trees swiftly, not stopping for anything. He eventually came across a cave, which he did stop for. He walked in and dropped his leather bag to the floor.

Tyler's POV

I laid out a line of large cloths as a bed. I pulled out a pillow that I had found while roaming around a small river. It had the initials 'E.N.' Stitched onto the back of it, and it was plain blue with a simple pink heart on the front. I placed it down and stood up.

Walking out of the cave, I noticed something blue. "A river!" I said, running to the flowing diamond water. "Wait." I looked around. "This is... the river! That I found the pillow in!" I whispered, knowing there could be one of Mark's spy slaves nearby.

I giggled and ran back to the cave as it was getting dark. I kissed the pillow and laid my head on it, drifting to sleep. I'm not like the others. I long for a partner, I long for company, and love. It hurts to be lonely sometimes.
