What's "It"

Dear Reader,
I am here to assure you that there is an "it". Your very own it.
"It" could be depression, anxiety, your bad thoughts, him, or her, that voice that makes you feel worthless, or maybe 'it' is something else. You're stronger than it. Stronger than your set backs and your struggles. Stronger than the tidal waves that you feel like are constantly dragging you under when all you want to do is grasp oxygen.
So please, take this book, take the words that I've splashed together on these pages that can make you understand 'it' better than my own tounge. Allow this to make you feel. Allow this to rip out your weeds and then replant wild flowers because you're a garden of strength and bravery.
