Y/N = your name
L/N= your last name

I walked down the hospital halls, pulling a cart full of instruments with me. I sighed. The patient of the day needed surgery. He had broken his leg from falling out of a tree. I walked into the patient's room. He was laying in the hospital bed. His leg was much worse than I thought. I could see the bone. I gagged. I may be a nurse, but I hate the sight of blood. I pulled the cart into the room. Doctor Rogers soon walked in. This doctor was older than the others. He automatically started working on the patient.
"I can't wait until I retire. I'll never have to deal with this kind of thing anymore." the doctor said.
"You're retiring?" I asked.
"Next week." The doctor answered, "you'll meet my replacement today. Maybe you could show him around?"
"Of course." I say.
When we finish the surgery, I quickly leave the room. I walk outside for a moment; it was cloudy outside, like it always was.  Maybe some fresh air will help me. I really hate seeing blood. Most people ask 'well if you hate seeing blood, why did you become a nurse?'
I honestly don't know the answer to that question. I thought over the surgery. I threw up in the grass just from thinking about it. I felt a hand on my back. It was probably just Doctor Rodgers. Whoever it was, they rubbed my back and didn't say a word. When I finished blowing chunks, I wiped my mouth and looked up at the person whose hand was still on my back. It was a man. A pretty good looking one, too. He had blonde hair and the most beautiful golden eyes I had ever seen.
"Thanks." I said.
"Are you okay?" The man asked.
"Yeah, I just really hate blood." I answered.
"That's funny since you work at a hospital." He said.
I laughed a bit.
"I haven't seen you around before. Are you perhaps the one replacing Doctor Rogers?" I asked.
The man extended his arm.
"I'm Carlisle Cullen." He said.
"I'm Y/N L/N." I said, shaking his hand, "I guess I should show you around."
