Kenzie's POV

"I was so not expecting this." I said to Kalin as I sat down next down to him. "This is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me. Thank you so much sweetheart." I swung my legs over his and kissed his cheeks. I could feel him smiling.

I just keep thinking to myself. "Is he gonna say it tonight? Is he gonna say he loves me?" I'm honestly kinda freaking out. I mean I know I love him. I'm just kinda afraid. I don't want this to be another bad relationship. I don't think I could handle it. I could feel my heart going faster. "Kenzie, calm down. It's gonna be okay." I kept saying to myself.

"Kenzie, honey are you ok?" I heard Kalin say. Of course honey, why wouldn't I be. "You just seem a little out of it today, that's all" he replied back. "I'm just taking all of this in. I'm so suprised." I said as I laid my head on his chest. I could hear his heartbeat and feel him breathing. It felt amazing to be this close to him. We laid there for a little bit then he got up.

"I'm making your favorite dinner." He said as he got up. I just smiled "you are the sweetest." I sat on the couch just watching him. He honestly seemed a little confused. I couldn't help but giggle.

"What's so funny, butt face?" He said to me. "Oh nothing, it's just funny watching you tried to cook." I said giggling he just smiled and shook his head. I walked up to him and threw my arms around his neck. I gave him a quick kiss then smiled. I took his hand and pulled him over the couch with me. He sat down and I sat on his lap. I just smiled. He pulled me closer to him and kissed me. I felt so safe. I hadn't felt this way in so long. I slowly pulled away and poked his nose.

"I say we skip dinner and go straight to dessert." I whispered in his ear. I saw a huge grin go over his face. I smiled and went back to kissing him. He picked me up and laid me down on the couch. He started tickling me. "Kalin oh my god stop! I'm gonna hurt you!" I said trying not to laugh. I finally got him off of me. "You're so gonna get it now." I said as I got up. He started to run. I chased after him laughing. "Come here Kalin, I wanna tell you something." He laughed at said "I'm not that dumb. I know what's gonna happen." In case you didn't know, Kalin is very ticklish. Probably worse than me. His neck was his worst spot.

After about 5 minutes of running around the cabin I went into the bedroom and waited for him to come in. As soon as he did I jumped on him. Both of us fell and we started laughing. I heard him say "I love you Kenzie." As he was laughing. As soon as he heard what he said, he stopped laughing. His cheeks got really red. I just laughed and said "I love you too, Kalin." He smiled. I leaned down and kissed him. I felt him pick me up. "Put me down Kalin! Put me down butt face." He finally said "Ok." And threw me on the bed. I started laughing. "You're such a butt head." I said to him. "I get that a lot" he replied laughing. I pulled him down and rolled on top of him.

"I have you right where I want you" I said to him laughing. "Oh really, I d-" Before he could even finish, I started kissing him. I pulled away and said, "that shut you up real quick." He just laughed and pulled me closer to him. He works his hands down my body until he gets to the bottom of my shirt. He slowly takes it off of me. I grab his face and kept kissing him. It felt so right at that moment. I felt that I was finally ready. I wanted Kalin to be my first.
