Jonah's POV

I woke up to yelling & the alarm going off. I got out of bed and walked out towards the kitchen, I saw the rest of the boys walk out. I also saw aless and Jack throwing flour at each other and that the pancakes were burnt. I heard August come out and say "iHop everybody" and Eben walked out behind him. They stayed in the kitchen for a minute but I left to go get ready.

**iHop**

*Zach's POV*

We arrived at iHop and I walked over with August to request a table for 11. The waitress said she'd have one shortly. I walked back over to the group who was also waiting for Logan and Ayla to arrive. About 5 minutes later they arrived, the group was laughing because Jack and Logan were at it again with the 'mop' and 'noodle' jokes, "table for 13?" said a blue eyed blonde waitress, we all got up and followed her to a big booth that had chairs on every opening. The seating was: Daniel in the middle with Alessandra on one side and Jonah on the other side of Daniel and on the other side of Alessandra was Jack, then Aspen, me (Zach), Atallia, August, then Eben, Jazmine, and on the other side of Jonah was Logan and lastly Ayla. Once we were seated the waitress introduced herself & said her name was Ruby, hinting at the name tag attached to her shirt. Ruby asked all of us what she could get us to drink. When she got to Daniel i noticed aless looked a bit irritated and I'm gonna guess it was because the waitress was being pretty flirty with my dude dani but when she asked him what drink he'd like she added in 'handsome' and that really seemed to irritate aless but again she tried to hide it but I can understand why she was irritated because they kind of have a little thing but it's not like they are together but still.

*Aless' Pov*

We're at iHop and you know I'm expecting to have a good time because I'm with my favorite people I mean except for a few but you find out who those few are later. Anyway we were called to our table and when the waitress 'Ruby' asked for our order of drinks she was decent but then she kept looking at Daniel and giving these little flirty looks, which irritated me which I tried to hide but what really irritated me, even more, was when she came to ask him what he'd like to drink the bitch said 'and what would you like to drink handsome' which isn't cool and I know some waiters or waitress' are just flirty or nice like that I guess but not this one and she could obviously tell that we were sort of a thing I guess but still. well honestly I don't even know why I care so much because he's just my best friend but everyone says we have a thing or whatever and I mean yeah that's true but whatever it doesn't matter.. oh and speaking of everyone they were already looking at me because of what she said but I just shrugged and looked away with a slight eye roll.

We finally got our food and started eating. we're all talking and just having fun, enjoying each others company talking about life and the upcoming tour and also future plans for fun things to do.

*Aless*

until the girl came back again and asked Daniel for his number. Luckily we were leaving in a few minutes but I was taken by surprise when Daniel actually gave it to her. I didn't know how to feel considering we weren't even a thing and dani sure didn't think so. But whatever, I didn't care, right? I noticed again that the group was giving me this look but I just shrugged it off again.

*Leaving* 12:30 pm

I decided I just didn't really want to see Daniel right now, but I don't know why because I never give this much attention to things like this. Anyway, I went in an uber with Jack, Jonah, Zach, and Eben. In the other uber was: Corbyn, Daniel, Logan, Ayla, & August. Aspen, Jazmine, & Atallia drove in aspens car.

*Uber ride*

In car one (Aless, Jack Jonah, etc.) we talked about what happened in iHop with Daniel & the waitress. Zach was saying how he noticed I looked a bit irritated but tried to hide it. Eben nudged Zach as a sign to shut up. Soon after aless replied saying "Ok and? It's fine dude I don't care it's not like we're a thing anyway.." once again Alessandra was irritated but she had a good reason to be. Jack knew she was upset and cared about it and wanted to comfort her so he grabbed her hand, & looked at her with a smile. She looked back and smiled and then went back to looking out the window. Then Jack playfully told Zach that he's quite the idiot sometimes before going home.

*At Logan's apartment* 1:00 pm

We decided we were going to just watch movies for the rest of the day because we were all in a lazy mood. Ayla chose the lion king to start off our sesh, followed by Spiderman which obviously Daniel chose. we were all cuddled up with each other on the couch (Ya sounds crazy because the couch isn't too big but there was enough room) the movie was really funny but I was a bit off for some reason. The next movie chosen was by Zach and might just be the stupidest thing ever but Zach chose captain underpants and honestly I have no idea why the group settled but it was whatever. It's now about 6:30 and I knew it would be a long night and we were all trying to get comfy & Jack said I could lay on him if I wanted so I did. Some of us wanted to pause the movie a grab a few more snacks and drinks since we were up. I volunteered to get the snacks and Jack helped with the drinks. When we were in the kitchen jack was eating all of the popcorn, so I took a piece and threw it at him. We both laughed and got back to preparing the snacks, but while we were pouring different snacks into bowls I heard Daniel ask if he could invite the waitress girl ruby. I just shook it off but Jack understood so he rubbed my back, I just smiled and we headed back to sit down. During our break, we were waiting for ruby to arrive so to fill our time we just talked. She finally arrived and we got back to movie watching. This time it was Aspen's pick which was the fault in our stars, typical of Aspen. During the movie, zach started tearing up which was quite funny because he's such a chick. The following movies were: Moana, (Jazmine's pick) finding Nemo * finding dory (Jack's pick} we all laughed at this one because paranoid/lost Nemo is relatable to jack and forgetful/lost dory is relatable to Zach. What I thought were the last movies were: Deadpool, suicide squad, (group chose) and last sausage party (Logan's pick) the group laughed so hard at this one because it definitely was one of the highlights of my day. Speaking of the day which I thought was over because it is 2:00 in the morning, to my surprise Daniel, let ruby pick a movie and she chose Annabelle. I can't say I'm surprised though because its classic to pick a scary movie... if you're a hoe. Jokes on her because the group doesn't like scary stuff that much so we all basically fell asleep except Ruby and Daniel. I feel bad for him because he most of all hates horror and he had to sit through it but I don't care because he chose her. I woke up to see that the movie was still playing and to see Daniel and Ruby getting cozy.. too cozy. Anyway, I shouldn't care about this because we were never a thing and he's not mine again he's just my friend either way.

- Author | - *I'm so sorry if this isn't all that great, this story isn't exactly going where I wanted it to go but I'm still trying to work on that! and sorry for some things being too descriptive and this chapter with the movie section was more of a filler but also to set things in motion. (again not exactly going where I wanted it to but still fixing these things. I'm also writting this 4 almost 5 am again soo.)
