i was awoken by the ringing of my iphone alarm. the noise pounded through my head as i reach over across my bedsheets to turn it off. it was my second day in L.A. yesterday was spent unpacking and setting up furniture. today was to explore and vlog. i scrolled through my notifications when i noticed a notification i rarely get, a text message from an unknown number.
text convo:
??: hey brendan!
y/n: this isn't brendan, but hi! haha
??: oh, then who is this?
y/n: my names y/n, who are u?
logan: i'm logan, ex vine star and youtuber and singer and actor and director
y/n: oh wow. that's a lot of things, i'm just a vlogger and model :)
logan: i vlog too!! what's your channel?
y/n: it's y/c/n, hbu?
logan: logan paul vlogs
y/n: ok, ill subscribe ;)
logan: i will do the same to you. what are you doing today?
y/n: well it's a little creepy you're asking that and we've never met, but i'm going to the grove today. you?

LOGANS POV
well, let's just say i woke up to maverick squawking. i rubbed my eyes as i rolled out of bed. i grabbed my vlog camera. "good morning logang, what's poppin? today i'm going to text brendan and ayla, and see if they can come over for some fun!! of course, evan will come too. but first, i have to get ready!", i said enthusiastically into the camera before covering it with my hand. i showered and got dressed, then unpaused the camera to finish my transition. "ok logang, so i texted brendan, and he must've gotten a new number because instead i texted a girl named y/n from y/c/n! you guys might've heard of her, i have, but i pretended i didn't know her. she is gorgeous guys!! she said she's going to the grove, which is where ayla, evan, brendan, and i were going to go. maybe we will see her there!", i shut off my camera. i really hope we run into y/n.
