*Corey Matthews pov*

"Equality People have been fighting for equality for almost centuries yet we don't find what we were hoping for"
"There's all types of equality social, economic, and natural equality I can go on and on talking about the different of equality people want in the world"
"Theres one example we can't have these equal rights is because people won't accept them for who they were"

*Rileys pov"

I was concerned I didn't understand the statement why would someone do that
"What do you mean by that?"
"Why wouldn't people accept someone for who they are"

*Mayas pov*

"Poor Riley you don't understand the world the world has idea that they don't want to change the way they look at things" I said seriously and concerned
"Farkle do you want to explain to her why"

*Farkle pov*

I know exactly why people won't accept someone for who they are but I couldn't get any words out of my mouth I was frozen in place
I was part of the society that wants equality my best friends still don't know that I'm gay, I'm afraid that they won't accept me for who I am.... I have to get out of here as I was thinking I felt someone shaking me I stopped spacing out and saw Lucas yelling my name "sorry I ummm spaced out"
"Mr. Matthews can I go to the restroom"
"Go ahead" said Mr. Matthews
As I headed out of the room I thanked him and rushed to the bathroom

*Lucas pov*
I looked at Farkle after Maya asked him to explain to Riley the subject of the day
I saw he was frozen as a statue and took too long to answer the question so I decided to try to get him back to Earth
"Farkle" I said in a normal tone but after he didn't answer I repeated myself and be didn't notice I started to shrug and I raised my voice
"Farkle!" He snapped out of it after he did he acted weird he never acts likes this

*Mr. Matthews pov*

I was a bit concerned for Farkle he's always excited about answering a question but this time he avoided the question completely he's been gone for awhile I should send someone to go check on him
"Lucas do you mind checking on Farkle he's been gone for awhile"
I could always count on Lucas to check on Farkle he's his best friend if there's anything wrong with him he could talk to Lucas

*Lucas pov*

Farkle has been gone for awhile I hope he's okay he's sensitive
I'm so glad Mr. Matthews asked me to go check on Farkle were best friends were always there for each other
I went in to the bathroom and heard someone crying
"Farkle is that you?" I said concerned he answered me and said "go away freak face"
I went to the stall he was in and leaned on the door
"I'm not going until you tell me what's going this isn't like you" I've never seen him cry before he's always so tough and holds it in something bad must've happened to him and I need to know why

*Farkle pov*

I went to the bathroom stalls trying to hold back the tears before I was in there I'm very sensitive about the me being gay it terrifies me thinking that people will find out my secret and won't accept me for who I am what if my friends don't accept me what if they hate me for who I am I've been in the stall for awhile I was hoping Mr Matthews wouldn't send until I heard freak face come in and asked if it was me in the stall I tried to tell to go away but it was no use he came to the stall I was at and said  he wasn't going away so I dried up my tears and got out of the stall and told him to try not to show him that I was weak
"I'm fine let's get back to class" I said in a depressed tome
I moved him out of my and headed out but he grabbed up shoulder a day look into his emerald green eyes every time I looked at him my heart skipped a beat he was the one I have a crush but of course he was never gonna like me back he's straight and too good for me

*Lucas pov*

I waited at the door of the stall and he came out of there said he was wanting to go back to class but I know he's not fine you could by the way of the tone of his voice he sounded depressed and he pushed me out of the way
I grabbed him by the shoulder and made him look me in the eyes
"Farkle why are you acting like this I've never seen you like this" I said in a angry tone but he wasn't paying attention he was lost he was spacing out I shook him and got him back I was thinking back to what caused him to do this and I thought of a possibility because of the lesson today
"Farkle if you ever need to talk about anything I'm here for you bud don't be afraid to talk to me I won't judge and I'll keep it secret if you want" I said as kindly as possible

*Farkle pov*

I got lost looking into Lucas' beautiful green eyes and spaced out again but he got me back and was shaking me I got serious again and he told me that I could talk to him about anything
"Well Lucas this secret is something that you might hate me for and I don't want to lose you as a friend I'm sorry Lucas I just can't tell talk to you about it this time I really do want to I just don't know how you react and if you ever figure it out please keep it a secret no matter how much you will hate me for it" I walked out of the bathroom and started heading to class

*Lucas pov*

I have no idea what he was talking about I would never hate him he's my best friend I don't know what I would do without him I ran after him and got in front of him and told him
"Farkle there isn't anything in the world that would make me hate you, your my best friend I wouldn't be the person I m today if it wasn't for you I need you in my life"
I pulled him in for a hug and held him tightly I thought that's what he needed a friend to comfort him in his tough times after the hug that lasted for an eternity I thought we needed to get back tried class I didn't want to let go of Farkle he really needed that hug and I didn't want to take it away from him I could tell he didn't want to let go but we had to get back to class so I said
"Come on bud let's get to class"

Hey guys this is the first chapter to the series of this story I thought to write this cause I have read many great stories but end in cliffhangers and never complete the story so I thought I would give it a try for people could experience something new I hope you like it I know I'm not good at but I tried my best comment and give me suggestions please
