John walked into Starbucks only to say "Ugh." John Laurens had just gotten fired from his job. He saw his friend Peggy who had a cheerful smile only to turn into a worrying frown as she saw John's expression. "What's wrong Johnny?" She asked worryingly. John glared her only to look down upset. " I got fired today" John mumbled. Peggy almost fainted when she heard that. John had always been rather good at his job so why did he get fired? "WHY?! YOU'RE SUCH A GOOD CHEF!!" Peggy almost yelled that sentence while everyone stared at her, she didn't care. "They said they needed to cut some people off because they needed more money." John said softly while still looking at his feet. " That's outrageous..." Peggy mumbled "Well, I have some good news though!!" She was beaming at this point, that made John smile. "THERE IS A JOB OPENING HERE!!" Peggy whisper shouted because she didn't want anyone to take the job. " My shift ends in 5 just wait a few minutes" John shrugged and ordered his usual spiced chai latte with a Caramel swirl. Then he went to wait for Peggy.
