New school, New start:
I wake up to the sound of my alarm. I take a shower, dress into a red skirt and a yellow shirt, eat, brush my teeth, comb my hair into a messy ponytail, and put on my combat boots. I look into the mirror one more time and then head off to school. I am accompanied by Will. He is older than me by only 12 minutes. I look more like my mom while Will looks like our father. I have long, blonde hair with blue highlights gray green eyes, average height, and a skinny body. William has brown hair same eye color as me and is tall and muscular. "I'm nervous, I don't know anyone here. Only Zeke, Uriah, Marlene, Lynn, Four, and Peter but they are all Dauntless!" I pout at Will. He shruged.
"I don't know anyone here Amity! Your friends are only my acquaintances, so stop!"
"People might have a crush on you the first time they see you!" I tell him, while observing his clothes, red pants and shirt with his hair combed to his side.
"Stop!" He screams at me. I right away look at the floor and am silent the rest of the way.
Me and William go to the front office and sign in. The counselor gives both of us a sheet of classes. I choose music, computer, English, P.E, biology, science, history, and art. I walk to homeroom which is room 306 and step in. I see an empty desk next to someone who looks like..... Caleb? Anyway i go to the desk and put my stuff away in side. I then stand up and say the Pledge with the rest of the class. The boy looks at me in a weird way. He is wearing Abnegation gray, so he must be Abnegation. I look back and smile. "I think I have seen you before." He said flaty.
"Same here. I just moved here from Chicago. My name is Amity, Amity Solace Gray. Yours?" I ask him.
"Caleb Prior. I moved here about 3 years ago with my sister." He says. I stare at him with wide eyes. "What?" But before I could respond the bell rings. "Soo, what is your next class?"
"History. You?"
"Same." I smile. Again. He also flashes me a smile.
"Well, bye I have to catch up with my friends." I say grabbing my stuff and going out the door.
After looking around for about 2 minutes I find Uriah, Zeke,Lynn, Marlene, Four, and Peter. "Hi! I missed you guys sooo much!" I squel.
"Same!" They all say in unison. I give them a confused look.
"Since when did you all start talking at the same time?"
