I woke up a lot earlier than I had anticipated from a text message I really didn't want to roll over and look at. Everyone who knows me knows I hate morning texts but I got up and looked at it anyways.
"Good morning beautiful, I know you probably tired from last night but I would love to take you out tonight after my game. It would also make me really happy if you come and see me play tonight. Text me back when you get this message." -Trent
How sweet I thought. I couldn't believe he actually texted me after all that happened last night. I quickly saved his number into my phone and then sent him a quick text message saying
"I'd love to go out with you tonight"
Less than a minute after I got a call from Trent.
"So you're going to take me up on my offer huh".
I laughed at his cute country accent and agreed to go to dinner with him tonight.
"Well that's good but I need another yes too"
I was assuming he was talking about the game he wanted me to attend but I pretended I was clueless until he told me. I told him I didn't have a ticket and it was last minute but he told he would have everything arranged just to meet him in the locker room after the game. After a few minutes of talking about tonight's plan he told me had to get ready to go to the game so we said our goodbyes and hung up.
I rolled out of my bed and went into the bathroom to begin my day. As I looked in the mirror I seen how crazy I looked from the other night. My hair was a mess and I still had my dress on with makeup smeared all over myself. I looked chaotic. I washed my face, brushed my teeth and then took a quick shower. Afterwords I through on some jeans and a LSU t-shirt and grabbed my keys to head to the mall.
On my way out I seen Kaylah and Aziza knocked out on the floor in last nights attire. I guess I wasn't the only one with a crazy night. I had no time to wake them and talk to them though. I had to run to the mall and get some things for tonight.
I called one of my sorority sisters Sidney to come shop with me and we met up at the main entrance of the mall. Sidney was a very pretty girl with shoulder length hair, and pretty brown skin, and she was probably the kindest person I ever met. We hugged for a minute and then immediately started shopping.
We made a stop to several stores such Victoria's Secret, Express, and BeBe to pick up a few new things. After our small shopping spree we made a stop at the food court and enjoyed some chik-fil-a. We caught up a little bit and just talked about the many things going on in our life. At about 4:15 I decided I needed to get back home and get ready for the game so we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways.
When I got home Kaylah was baking some cookies and Aziza was showering. Kaylah gave me quick hey and then continued making her cookie mix. I went to my room kicked off my shoes and then turned on my stereo and opened my laptop to check out twitter. At about 5:30 I got a text from Trent saying one of his friends would be at my house to pick me up at about 6:15. I slipped on a sweater and then went into the living room.
"Where you headed to" Kaylah asked eating one of her cookies.
"Football game then a date"
"Date, with who" Aziza said as she exited her room to come into the living room.
"Well if you must know Ms. "IDK how to and answer calls or text" I'm going out with Trent"
"Trent. Trent Black. THE Trent Black. LSU star quarterback Trent Black." Kaylah exclaimed.
"Yes nigga, that Trent Black" I said back to her.
"Oh yeah I forgot you did leave out with him last night. How did that go" Aziza asked.
