"No I can't lose you to. Please I need you. You can't die not right now. Your my world my everything without you I'm nothing." I am barley able to get out as tears stream down my face. "I have already lost everyone else I care about. Please.

5 days earlier.

"Thank you thank you daddy. I'm gonna call Emma. I'm so excited." I squeal.

Ring ring

"Hello?"

"Hey Emma it's Alice. Guess what... My dad said yes."

"Shut the fuck up. No way. We get to go to California. Oh my god. If your lying I'm gonna kill you!" she yells

"I'm not kidding. My dads going with us though, but that doesn't matter we still get to go." I reply

"That's ok I'm just really happy we get to go." Emma answers.

"Well I'm gonna start packing so ill call you later. Bye."

"Ok bye."

My mom would have been so excited to get to go. She died when I was little. A man had broke into the house when my dad was away on a business trip and she tried to defend me and he stabbed her. My dad came home two days later and found her dead and me crying. I was 4 years old. I miss her a lot. My thoughts where interrupted by my dad.

"Alice time for dinner." My dad yells at me for down stairs.

"Ok I'm coming. What are we having?" I ask as I come down the stairs.

"Chicken cord on blue." or at least our version which is a tortilla with chicken, bacon, tomato. When my mom died we got really good at making easy foods. We usually have Mack an cheese, frozen pizza, and Roman noddles.

After dinner I got in the shower and started to pack my bags. I had never been to California and I am very excited.
