I've always been a shy girl. Ever since I was a child I liked to sit quietly and mind my own buisness. He brought out the worst case of shyness in me. He went to my highschool and I couldn't even think about him without freezing and losing all capability of speaking. Seeing him in the hall was all I could do without completely embarrassing myself.

Lost in my own imagination I didn't hear the bell ring when class ended. First period's over.
"Hey! Hurry up let's walk to class"
I looked up, surprised and a little disoriented to see my friend Kathryn standing next to me.
"Yea, sorry I wasn't paying attention" I said as I picked up my books and left the classroom.
Walking down the hallway I always expected to see him pass me. Everyday he walked down the same hallway at the same time whistling. This time however, he wasn't there. I turned the corner.
"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Let me help". My books fell down onto the floor after bumping into someone on the corner. Kathryn just kept walking and smiling, which I thought was pretty rude considering as a friend she should help me pick up my books. Why would she leave me with this stranger that just dumped my books on the ground? Looking up I realised. The man of my dreams was helping me pick up my books.
"It's fine, you don't have to help". I said.
"No, i want to. After all, it was me who knocked them down in the first place".
He had long blonde hair tied up in a man bun. A pair of flat screen hipster glasses that perfectly showed off his gorgeous blue eyes. He truly was, a man of beauty. Dazed at being so close to him I almost didn't hear him.
"I'm William by the way".
"Julia".
I picked my phone up off the ground and stood up.
"Thanks" I say, my face bright red with embarrassment.
He winked and we went our separate ways.
