Chapter 8

" Don't touch it." I hear Elijah say. I look back at him.

" Why not." I say. He looked at me and then walked over.

" I'm not sure. Jackson told me not to touch it so I'm just warning you." He said looking into my eyes. He made me feel uneasy for some reason. He was so cute.... did I just say that? Oops. I cursed myself for thinking that.

" Okay." I say looking Away. I put my hands in my pockets and walked around. There was a trampoline and another thing. I wasn't quite sure how Jackson could fit all this in such a small space but it worked. I walked up to the trampoline. I gently placed my foot on it to feel it. As I stopped onto it lights shone and a cage surrounded it. What the fuck was going on! I rolled into the trampoline and watched. Elijah was watching me from a distance. Suddenly there was a noise and from underneath me something came shooting up. It looked like a robot of some sort. It just stood there for fifteen minutes then lunged at me. I jumped on the trampoline trying to get high. As I did, I did a front flip over it and landed behind it. The robot turned around and swung its arm. It hit my square in the chest. Knocking the breath out of me as I was sent flying and hit the cage. I groaned trying to get up. This robot wasn't about to give up that easily. I made eye contact with Elijah. He was trying to stop what was going on but he couldn't. I stood up and cracked my knuckles.

The robot came straight at me with a speed I wasn't sure of. I jumped and just missed it. I spun and did a back kick. Surprisingly, it hurt it. I landed and grinned. The robot faced me and started to make weird noises which got out of control. It used all its energy and released it. I kinda keeled. Actually I wasn't sure what I did. I put my hands out one hand over the other. Like in a pushing our position. I closed my eyes bracing for impact. But nothing happened. The cage was going up and the robot was completely gone.

I was so confused. As I stepped out of the cage, Elijah was looking at me surprised.

" What's wrong?" I asked him.

" What........you..........just..." He mumbled.

" What I just what?" I demanded. Serious what was wrong with him.

" Nothing." He said turning around and walking away.

" You can't just do that ya know!" I yelled after him. Gosh, why does he have to be so difficult. I watched as he sat in a corner with a notebook of some sort. There was a loud noise like an alarm. Elijah dropped what he had and ran to a computer. He clicked onto a screen and saw weird writing. His eyes widen.

" We have to get out of here. Your brother is in trouble." He said running to a closest and grabbing two back packs. He tossed one to me which I caught.

" What!" I said as I put it on.

" Let's go." He said running towards a tiny door. I ran after him. He pressed another button so fast it confused me. The door opened. Right as it did, I heard noises from the other side. He looked back at me and told me not to make a sound. It was a deep voice.

"Tell me where they are!" It yelled.

" No." I heard Jackson say.

My heart ached. He couldn't die. Not my only family member.

" Then you die." The voice said clicking a gun. I pushed Elijah aside and flung the trap door open. I saw Jackson pinned down with this big man.

" Ah there she is." He said laughing creepily.

" Get the fuck away from my brother you retarded pig." I sneered. The man laughed harder. Was he joking right now? I couldn't take it. I did what Jackson taught me. I keeled down, concentrated, and I made a huge fireball. I flung it at the man. It shocked him but he avoided it.

The man dropped the gun and came closer to me. He flung his hand out and created a lightning ball and threw it at me. I jumped and missed it. I rushed at him and concentrated on my hand. My fist met his chest and I heard a oof. I did a side kick. It was a really strong one. I felt a pair of hands choke me. I struggled not knowing what to do. I saw Elijah. Finally he decides to arrive. He rushed at the man. Pulling him off and punching him in the face. I got up and gasped for air. I rubbed my throat. I then saw Jackson. I ran over to him and helped him up. Elijah, Jackson, and I stood in a circle getting ready for anything.

Suddenly, we looked up and many of his little minions arrived. I felt a hand touch my hand. It was Elijah. My heart raced.

" Be careful." He said to me.

Jackson patted my back.

I took the two who were right in front of me. They rushed at me at the same time. I jumped and avoided the one but the other one I didn't have any luck. I felt myself be thrown back. I jumped up. The one tried to punch me but I took his hand and bended it in. I then judo flipped him onto the ground. He didn't stir after that. The other one was a female. She rushed at me. I side stepped her and kicked her in the arse. She fell down. I waited for her to get up. So it looked 'fair'. I concentrated on my hand not realizing how big of a fireball I was creating. As she stood up, I threw it at her. It hit her hard. I think I killed her. Her neck was in a weird angle. I only meant to hurt her but I killed her. I felt uneasy. I walked a little bit and then threw up. I could t believe what I just did. I looked at Jackson and Elijah they were still fighting. I felt super dizzy..........

I love writing fighting scenes XD I hope this was good! I'm going to continue.....
