It was 2:00am when I woke up from my slumber. I heard noises from across my room. Someone was screaming. I got out of bed and looked out my room and someone was in my sisters room. I kept hearing Annie (my sister) saying "STOP!" to whoever was in her room. Then there was silence. Nothing. I ran back to my bed and acted like I was sleeping and I heard someone going downstairs. I couldn't get a good glimpse of the person because they had a mask on. After I heard him close the door I ran to my sisters room and the scene was gruesome. Annie was lying in her bed face up and eyes closed with blood everywhere. I was terrified. I called my mother and father on my cell phone. They went on a little get away while I babysit my sister. I am 17 so they wouldn't have a problem with me being by myself with Annie. My mom picked up. "Hey, sweetie. What are you doing up so late?" She asked. "Mom!!! I'm scared..." I said. "Why, sweetie?" She asked. "A-Annie... is dead!!!" I said crying. For a while I didn't hear anything on the other end. "U-Um, your father and I will be there in a few hours, okay? She said sounding depressed. "O-Okay...bye mom I love you." "I love you too baby." She said before we hung up. I went into Annie's room and cried my eyes out. I prayed and prayed that she would wake up but, she didn't. Why? Why? God where are you?! I said to myself.
*2 Years Later*
"Hey, Faith!" My best friend in college said waving her arm like a lunatic. "Hey, Emma!" I said hugging her. "I can't believe we only have 1 more year of college!" Emma said. "I know I'm so ready to get out of here." I said going back to my dorm room. When I got back to my room there was a letter sitting on my bed. I picked it up and read it. "Faith, meet me at the shack this weekend." I said reading the note aloud. "Papa." Those four words. I remember going back to when I was about 10 years old, I remember giving God the nickname Papa. And that it also helped me become closer to God. I was shocked. I had so many questions going through my head. "Why is Papa coming to me now." "Why wasn't pneuma there when I needed him?" I don't know if I should show this to Emma or not. I don't want to dishonor Papa. I thought to myself. Well, today is Friday. That means that I need to go tomorrow. I guess I better pack a few things. After packing I went to sleep because I knew it was going to be a long day tomorrow.
*The Next Morning*
I woke up at around 6:30am and I texted Emma just in case she gets worried. I told her that I would be going to my parents house for the weekend. When I arrived I saw this house and went up to it. No one was here. I was heading for my car when the lights came on and everywhere around me was more beautiful than ever. I went up to the house and went inside. When I got in there were three people. One of them saw me and I was about to go back outside. "Hey, Faith are you going to stay for dinner?" A woman said. "U-Um...how do you" I said almost finishing what I was going to say. "Faith, do you know where you are?" The woman fixing dinner said. "U-Uh...I don't think so?" I said. "Well, Faith you are at the shack sweetie." She said and I looked back at the letter. I thought I was losing my mind. "Do you know who I am?" The woman said. "I am God the Father." She said. I was dumbfounded. Then a man came inside. "Hey, Faith!" He came over and hugged me. "She doesn't understand what is going on." The woman told the man. "Oh." The man said with a smile. "I am Jesus Christ." The man said. I couldn't understand what was going on so I just stayed quiet. Then another woman came in from outside. "Hey, Faith." She said waving. During dinner we had bread and wine but, I don't drink wine so they gave me grape juice. I finally spoke after a while. "I remember something about the bread and the wine the bible but, I can't recall." I said. The three of them just looked at each other with a smile on their faces. "You sure you don't remember?" Jesus Christ said. "Hmmmm......" I hummed trying to remember. Finally after a few seconds I remembered. "I know what this is, it's The Last Supper!" I said happy that I remembered. "Very good Faith." The another woman said that didn't tell me her name yet. "Who are you?" I asked. "Well, I am glad you asked Faith. I am the Holy Spirit." She said. "Oh, okay" I said. "So, why am I here?" I said finally getting to the point. "Well, a few years ago your sister Annie died and your still grieving. We need you to understand why your here." God the Father said. "Well, thank you for the dinner it was delicious." I said. "You are very welcome." God the Father said. "I guess we better go to sleep we have a big day ahead of us tomorrow." the Holy Spirit said. "I slept in a wonderful bed. I felt so good. Well I guess I better go to sleep.
