I wake up to knocking on the door."im coming!" I yell I open the door and see someone I thought I would never see again "EFFIE!!!!???" I scream all she does is nod I hug her and then peeta comes downstairs when he sees her It looks like his eyes are going to pop out of his head "OMG Effie long time no see" he goes up to her and hugs her "well I need to tell you something!" she says in her perky Capitol accent "haymitch asked me to marry him!'' when she tells us this I'm shocked "congratulations" is all peeta says , when I finish processing what had just happened I give Effie a hug.then she says "well I will see you soon.bye" she says and walks away.i can't believe their getting married!its so cute!!!!
