I Wish:

I wish I was older

Where school wasn't a problem

where I made ten bucks an hour

what a dream it must be!!

Not worrying about the next assignment

Not worrying about parents watching you at all times

But as I age and time creeps forward

I wish to be a child

where there was not a care in the world

I could be anything; a firefighter, an astronaut

no worries creeoing behind me like slow moving clouds

I could do anything!!! I could move the mountains

I could draw on the walls, run down the halls

with no one to yeall at me, to tell me I'm wrong

to shake their head in disapointment.

to give me that look.

As time moves forward

As the Hour glass slowly ticks away

as I witness life, love, and the like

I wish I could be ten again

I wish I coud be 21 now
