The worst type of cry or scream is the silent ones. When no one can hear you. Maybe your in the shower so no one can hear you crying in agony or maybe it's the one while everyone else is asleep your up with your hand over your mouth to mute the sounds. Maybe on the inside your screaming wanting to stop the pain. But you can't. You can't let anyone hear you. Because they will label you: Depressed, suicidal, crazy. Why do you think people commit suicide. It's not because it's fun or they want attention and it sure as hell is not selfish. It's because they are hurting and people can't see through their own minds and labels to help them. How can a depressed person get help when all they do is forced to hide because of people and labels. The worst kind of pain is the one that you can't forget and the one you can't let out. Parents will say it's only a faze, friends will say your an attention whore, and society thinks your mental or insane. Where is the help???? Mental institutions??? We're not crazy. We're hurt and all we need is someone to hear us to help us. Maybe suicide would go down if people would stop using the labels and start helping. Maybe you could stop staring at the cuts and start wrapping bandages around them and say it's going to be okay?? Why don't you start looking at what your doing. Because you know what the happiest people is the ones that cry in silent. Or even your best friend and you would never know. Why would you hurt someone so bad to where they don't want to feel the pain anymore?? Because your can't beat the hurt. The pain is always there. You just live with it and it hurts you everyday. And finally you just become numb not to the pain but the reason the pain happened in the first place. Love is the biggest lie and causes the biggest hurt. Some people are lucky. Some are not. Love hurts so bad they you finally just become numb to the idea of love? Why would you hurt someone like that??? Why would you cause so much pain????
