Part 1:The game

Hello.My name is Sam.I am 16 years old and I am a fan of the Nickelodeon show Shimmer and Shine.Shimmer and Shine is about two genies in training who help they're friend,Leah while also trying to hide from her best friend/neighbor Zac.Seems harmless,right? Well yes considering the show aired on Nick Jr.

Now before you start making fun of me saying that "You are a man-child and stuff".It's 2017,people can like who ever they want and what they want.Anyway,I am here to talk about a video game version of the show that made me sick to my stomach and made me question my sanity...As Mario would say:Here we go!

I was watching Shimmer and Shine on my T.V. (While I waited painfully for Super Mario Odyessy to come out,even though I didn't have the money...)when my mom told me she was going grocery shopping and if I wanted to come with.I said yes because I had nothing else to do.I turned off the T.V. and hopped in the car.

When we got there,I asked my mom if I could look at the games.She said yes and I went to the game section.I saw some Xbox,PS4,Switch,3DS games...however...I saw a game that stood out:Shimmer and Shine:The Video Game.It read.But...It was a black case with a note taped on it written in pen.It was a 3DS game.That's weird...I thought. I don't remember there being a official game about Shimmer and Shine...except that Shimmer and Shine:Enchanted Carpet Ride app...My mom came and I asked if I could get it.I wouldn't be surprised if she said no.But,she said yes! When we gave the cashier the money and they saw the game they said:"You know what? You look like nice people,so I'll give It to you for free.Plus...this game is haunted."

I couldn't believe my eyes(or ears)! I got a free game! But there had to be a reason...I didn't listen all the way through.We exited the store and drove back home.I was eager to play my new game that I got for free!
