Kidnapped - Josh x OC

Day Four - Shot

"Wake up, princess. We have to leave." I open my eyes and yawn. Yesterday I fell asleep on the couch and that's were Josh just woke me up. I sit up and look around.

   "You wanna eat something? Then hurry." Jenna is in the kitchen and looks over to me for a second.

   "No, I'm fine. Just gonna go upstairs again." I stand up and go up the stairs and to the bathroom.

As I open the door to go back downstairs, I wince as Josh stands just an inch away. He smiles amused before he pushes me back in the bathroom.

   "What are you doing?" I ask a little scared.

   "Look at your wound." he explains as I sit down at the bath tub edge. It's the first time I see him with the purple hair. Wow! That's so not fair, he looks good. He looks really fucking good. "You are staring again." I look down where he is taking off the bandage.

   "The hair looks good." I mumble, still a little angry about that stuff he told me yesterday. I don't know if that's true. I hope not, but something deep down in me believes him. "Josh?" I look up to him and he looks to me before he puts some ointment on the cuts. "Is... is the stuff you said true? The things about my dad not being my dad?" He sighs.

   "Sweetheart, I'm maybe not the nicest guy on earth, but I'm not a liar. At least not when it's not needed." I feel tears rise in my eyes again as he puts a new bandage around my arm.

   "S-so my dad, Charles, killed my actual dad? Why?" He shrugs and looks to me as he finished.

   "I know why, but I think it's better when someone else tells you this." I frown and wipe with my hand over my eyes.

   "Who? I doubt you'll let me go to talk to Charles or my mother. God! Why is my mother with him?! He killed my dad!" Josh shrugs again and stands up.

   "You will find out soon enough, but we have to leave now." I sigh and nod before I stand up and go downstairs.

As I leave the door, Jenna makes strange movements inside of the garage. I stop and frown as I suddenly hear steps from the side. In the next moment someone holds a gun at my temple and I get dragged a bit backwards. My hands go to the arm wraped around my throat, my eyes are wide open and my breath is faster than it ever was. Jenna and Tyler, they ran out of the garage, point their guns at me, better said at the person behind me.

   "Wow. Since when does Josh leave his hostages walk around freely?" the unknown male voice says. Then Josh appears from the door, his gun pointed at the guy behind me.

   "She's not a hostage." the now purple haired guy hisses. "Now let her go."

   "You like her! Joshua Dun actually feels something other than hate for another person."

   "Shut up, Frank! Why are you here anyways?" Josh asks. Jenna and Tyler are closer to him now.

   "Sophia Marold." My heart sinks as I hear that name. Josh smiles now. It's an evil smile.

   "Oh, she was your little girlfriend, wasn't she? I didn't know until I saw that tattoo." Tattoo? What tattoo? Sophia was always against tattoos.

   "You killed her!" The voice of the guy behind me, Frank, sounds desperately. "You killed the love of my live!" Now it sounds like he is about to cry.

   "And you know what? It felt even better killing her when I knew she belongs to you. It was satisfying to hear her beg for her live and as I slammed the knife in her ch-"

"Shut up!" The gun disappears from my head and points now to Josh.

   "You know what? Go ahead and kill her. And after that, kill yourself. Your boss will do it anyways if I tell her, and show her, that you killed her granddaughter." What?! What is he talking about?

   I suddenly get pushed foreward and I nearly fall on the hard concrete if it wasn't for Tyler catching me.

   "I-I didn't know she is her granddaughter! I-I'm sorry! Take her, but one last thing." The weapon the bearded man pointed at Josh the whole time now brandishes to me and he pulls the trigger.

   The next thing I notice is a huge pain in my thigh, I hear another shot and voices I don't understand before everything goes black.

I know it's short, but the next chapter is a little special :D
