Strange days in happy wars

Ok before the story begins. I am going to mention that most of the characters in this story where based off a game called happy wars that came out for xbox. Some of the characters I do own. Now on to the story we go.

Darkwolf's pov

They said I wouldn't make it. They said I would never have the strenght and balls to join. But I proved them all wrong. I finally joined the light knights. It took me four years of training. But I finally got where I wanted to be. I was on a helicopter waiting to arrive at my destination. There were sixteen other soldiers who were heading to where I was going. Most of them were new just like me.there were five soldiers who were just shipped out after fighting a major battle. I looked over at one soldier who had bandages over his right eye. I tried to think of what could of happened to him. But I just pushed the question out of my head. I looked out of the the window of the helicopter. And there it was with all its glory. The light knights frontline fort. It shined as we passed over it. I looked to see that the helicopters back door was opening. Then the pilot turned to us. Then he said "You guys are going to have to rope down. We can't land since we are in the frontlines. So if this fort gets attacked. We could get shot down. So ready the ropes." He then turned back forward. I was one of the men closes to one of the ropes. So I hooked it up to the ceiling of the helicopter. And prepeared to rope down. I knew I was going to be the first one to go. So I got ready to go. I looked down to see how far of a drop it was. That's the first mistake I made. It looked like we were about two hundred feet in the air. But I wasn't going to let my fear get the best of me. As soon as I saw the signal from the pilot. I jumped for the rope and slid down to the ground. After touching the ground I turned around to see that there were nineteen people staring at me. And I knew that they were elite soldiers. One of them stepped up to me. I thought I did something wrong. But then she put her hand on my sholder. "Welcome to the frontlines soldier. You will be in our squad." I looked right into her eyes in confusion. "Did you say I'm in your squad." She stared into my eyes. "Yes." Then another question popped up in my head. "But you guys are elite soldiers. I'm just a rookie. Should you guys look for someone with a little more skill than me?" She looked at me for a even longer time. I felt even more nervous. "No cause you look like you can handle your yourself through anything. And besides you would like to be the first man in our squad right?" I just stood there in uter shock. "Did you say your squad is all females?" All she did was nod her head yes. I thought about it for a couple of moments. Then I looked back at her. "Ok I'll be in your squad. By the way my name is Private Darkwolf." She looked at me in surprise. "You are the first male soldier to not wuss out this moment to join our elite squad. And by the way my name is Sargent Firefox."
